Based On Data Mining,summaryizes Professor Hao Yi’s Medication Rule And Academic Experience In Chronic Superficial Gastritis

Objective: To explore Professor Hao Yi’s medication rules in the treatment of Chronic Superficial Gastritis(CSG),to summarize his treatment experience,to explore his academic ideas,to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment level of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease,and provide reference for further research.Methods: By collecting and studying the cases of patients with chronic superficial gastritis at the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of Chinese Medicine from December2021 to December 2022 in the outpatient clinic of Professor Hao Yi,Department of Hepatology,there were 200 cases meeting the inclusion criteria,involving 200 first prescriptions.Information such as the name,gender,age,current medical history,tongue,pulse,classification and prescription medication of 200 patients with Chronic Superficial Gastritis were entered into the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform V2.50".Using the platform to analyze the medical cases involving Chinese medical evidence,Four Qi,five flavors,attribution,frequency of drugs,drug combinations,and analysis of new prescriptions.And explore the rules of its formulation and medication.Results:1.Gender and age: female: male: about 1.33:1.The age distribution is between 41 and70 years old.2.Symptoms: A total of 63 symptoms were extracted,with a total of 1,319 times.The top ten symptoms in terms of frequency were stomach pain,nausea,bloating,vomiting,acid reflux,painful distention after eating,fear of cold in the stomach,dry and thin stools,belching,and hunger without appetite.3.Tongue and pulse: A total of 13 tongue signs and 12 pulse signs were extracted.The most frequent are light red tongue,thin white coating,and stringent pulse.4.Syndrome: A total of 6 syndromes were extracted.The frequency of occurrence from high to low is as follows: Liver qi offending the stomach,cold-heat syndrome,spleen and stomach deficiency cold,spleen qi deficiency,blood stasis,spleen and stomach damp-heat.5.Four Qi and Five Tastes of Medicine: The medicinal properties are mainly warm and cold,and the taste of medicine is mostly pungent and bitter.6.Meridian tropism of drugs: According to statistics,the total frequency of meridian conversion is 7643 times.The spleen,stomach,lung and liver meridians are the main ones.The sequence from high to low is: Spleen,stomach,lung,liver,heart,kidney,gall bladder,large intestine,small intestine,bladder,triple jiao,and pericardium meridians.7.Drug frequency: For patients with liver qi invading the stomach syndrome,the top five traditional Chinese medicines with the highest frequency are Bupleurum chinense,Fructus Aurantii,Pinellia ternata,Forsythia suspensa,and Tangerine peel;For patients with mixed cold and heat syndrome,the top five traditional Chinese medicines used frequently are Codonopsis pilosula,Pinellia ternata,Coptis chinensis,Scutellaria baicalensis,Chinese date,and dried ginger(Chinese date and dried ginger rank fifth).8.Drug combination: In the syndrome of liver qi invading the stomach,high frequency of use of the pairs Bai Shao-Chai Hu,Chai Hu-Hovenia,Chen Pi-Chai Hu,Chai Hu-Shang Shu,Chen Pi-Hovenia,Xiang Shu-Hovenia,Han Xia-Chen Pi,Han Xia-Lian Qiao,Chen Pi-Lian Qiao.In the syndrome of mixed cold and heat,the drug combinations of Radix Scutellariae-Scutellariae,Radix Panax-Huanglian,Radix Panax-Radix Codonopsis and Radix Scutellariae-Huanglian are used more frequently.9.Drug clustering: Through cluster analysis,four new combinations were obtained.Conclusion: Professor Hao Yi believes that chronic superficial gastritis is located in the spleen and stomach,and is closely related to other internal organs.Treatment is based on the spleen and stomach,with emphasis on protecting the stomach energy.The main method of treatment is to regulate qi.During treatment,attention should be paid to regulating the qi mechanism,and dialectical treatment should be conducted at the same time.From multiple perspectives,achieve the purpose of treating diseases.
