Clinical Observation On Tiaopi Tongluo Decoction In Treating Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Angina Pectoris(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:For patients with stable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease,which belong to the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine,the Tiaopi Tongluo Recipe is used for treatment and observational studies are conducted to evaluate its effectiveness and safety,and provide effective follow-up clinical application of this recipe,Safe medical research evidence.Method:This trial selected patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology,Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021,who were in accordance with the diagnosis of stable angina pectoris and chest obstruction due to qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.A total of 66 patients were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.There were 33 cases in each group.After statistical analysis,the basic data of the two groups of patients before treatment are comparable.In terms of treatment,both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine.At the same time,the treatment group was also treated with Tiaopi Tongluo Decoction.The dose was 1 dose/day,and the decoction was 300 mL.It was taken morning and evening for 4 consecutive weeks.Observe the patient’s TCM syndrome score,angina pectoris score,ECG test results,and blood lipid levels of total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and lipoprotein phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)before and after treatment,and compare treatments the changes before and after,and statistical analysis of relevant data.Results:1.The treatment group is better than the control group in reducing the score of TCM syndromes(P<0.05);the total effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement in the treatment group is 90.63%,which is significantly better than the control group 71.88%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The treatment group is better than the control group in reducing the angina pectoris score(P<0.05);the total effective rate of angina pectoris improvement in the treatment group is 90.63%,which is significantly higher than that of the control group 68.75%,with a significant difference(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of electrocardiogram improvement in the treatment group was 84.38%,which was better than the total effective rate of 65.63%in the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the levels of blood lipids TC,LDL-C,and Lp-PLA2 decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the levels of blood lipids TC,LDL-C,and Lp-PLA2 decreased more significantly in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Tiaopi Tongluo Recipe can reduce the TCM syndrome scores of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and has a good effect on improving the symptoms of angina pectoris and the ischemic state of the electrocardiogram.2.Tiaopi Tongluo Recipe can reduce the levels of total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and lipoprotein phospholipase A2 in blood lipids of patients with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).
