Clinical Observation Of Bawei-tongluo Granules In The Treatment Of "Blood Stasis" Type Of Stable Angina Pectoris

ObjectiveThrough clinical intervention study of Bawei-tongluo granules in the treatment of “Blood Stasis” type of stable angina pectoris,this paper tries to confirm that Bawei-tongluo granules is safe and reliable,and lays an experimental basis for clinical application to “blood stasis” type of stable angina pectoris.MethodsIn this research,all the patients were selected from outpatients and inpatients diagnosed with “Blood Stasis” type of stable angina pectoris in Shanxi Province Hospital of TCM during March 2017 to July 2017.These patients must comply with diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria.According to the double blind principle,60 cases of eligible patients were randomly assigned to two groups: the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with Bawei-tongluo granules combined with conventional western medicine treatment,while the control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment combined with placebo treatment.The treatment cycle of both two groups were 4 weeks.Results1.There were significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups before and after treatment both in the individual scoring of TCM primary symptoms or secondary syndroms and the total scoring of TCM curative effect.The treat group showed more significant difference than the control group.2.Respectively comparing the amount of nitroglycerin used in angina pectoris,the number of angina attacks,duration of pain and the degree of pain between the two groups before and after treatment,statistical data showed that there was no significant difference in the amount of nitroglycerin used in angina pectoris(p>0.05),but all the other curative indicators showed significant difference(p<0.05),also the curative effect on the treat group showed slightly more significant than the control group.3.Through comparing the exercise tolerance indicators of plate motion test: exercise duration and Duke score between the two groups before and after treatment,results showed that the two indicators both had statistical significance(p<0.05),meaning that the curative effect on the treat group showed more significant than the control group.4.The statistical result of comparing the Ecg efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment showed no statistical significance(p>0.05),however from the view of statistical integral,the effect on the treat group showed a bit better than the control group.measured blood and urine,stool routine,liver function,renal function and other results than that before treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).ConclusionsBawei-tongluo granules can significantly relieve TCM symptoms of “Blood Stasis” type of stable angina pectoris;amend related curative indicators of the patients with angina pectoris;improve the patients’ exercise duration and Duke score;have a positive effect on the Ecg efficacy.
