| Objective In this study,according to the method of replenishing qi,activating blood circulation and nourishing heart,dredging collaterals which Shenqi Guanxin recipe was used to treat stable angina pectoris(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis)after coronary heart disease(PCI),and its clinical efficacy and safety were observed,clinical experience was summarized and safe medication was guided.Methods 72 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were collected.The subjects in this study were implanted with at least one stent and the most recent stent ≥1 year,and the recurrent stable angina pectoris after PCI belonged to qi deficiency and blood stasis type.The selected cases were randomly divided into treatment group(Shenqiguanxin recipe combined with western medicine therapy)and control group(western medicine therapy)at1:1,with 36 cases in each group.The changes of TCM syndrome score,coronary heart disease angina pectoris TCM curative effect score,angina pectoris score,ECG curative effect,nitroglycerin stopping and decreasing rate,biochemical index and safety index were observed in the two groups.Results 1.TCM syndrome scores:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before(P<0.01),and the curative effect of TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.The TCM curative effect score of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease:The symptoms of chest pain,chest tiredness,tiredness,shortness of breath,palpitation and dark tongue were significantly improved after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.01),while the petechia and petechiae of the tongue were improved(P<0.05).The symptoms of chest pain,chest tiredness,fatigue and dark tongue in the control group were improved after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in chest pain,chest tiredness,fatigue,shortness of breath and palpitation(P<0.05).3.In terms of clinical symptoms of angina pectoris: The treatment methods of both groups could improve the angina pectoris score of the subjects(P<0.05),the treatment group was clearly meliorative to control group in contrast(P<0.05).4.Nitroglycerin stop and decrease rate: After treatment,the stop and decrease rate of the treatment group was 81.82%,while that of the control group was 68.75%.The treatment group was obviously better than the control group in improving the stopping and decreasing rate of nitroglycerin(P<0.01).5.Biochemical indexes:Both groups could improve the blood lipid and platelet count of the subjects(P<0.01).In terms of triglyceride,cholesterol and platelet count,the curative effect of the treatment group relatively good compare with the control group(P <0.05).6.ECG efficacy:The effective rate was 72.73% in the treatment group and 65.63% in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).7.Safety: No adverse reactions were found in the two groups during the treatment,and there was no significant difference in safety indexes between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion For the patients with recurrent stable angina pectoris after PCI,Shen Qi Guan Xin can improve the TCM syndrome score,coronary heart disease angina pectoris score,nitroglycerin stop and decrease rate,TC,TG,PLT and the curative effect is better than conventional western medicine treatment,and it is safe and has no obvious side effects,so it is worth popularizing and using in clinic. |
