Clinical Observation Of Shenqi Huoxue Recipe On Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type) And Its Effect On PDW And MPV Levels

Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),and its effect on platelet distribution width(PDW)and mean platelet volume(MPV).Methods:In this study,60 patients with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Shenqi Huoxue Decoction + conventional Western medicine.The treatment cycle of the two groups was 28 days.Before and after treatment,observe and record the patient’s angina pectoris symptoms,TCM syndrome curative effect and integral,electrocardiogram,nitroglycerin stop rate,PDW,MPV level and safety index changes.Result:1.With regard to the analysis of the curative effect of angina pectoris in the two groups after treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,p<0.05,the difference was significant and statistically significant.2.Analysis of the rate of nitroglycerin reduction after treatment in the two groups showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,p<0.05,the difference was significant and statistically significant.3.After treatment,the ECG curative effect of the two groups was analyzed,p>0.05,the difference was not significant,and there was no statistical significance.4.After the treatment,the two groups of TCM syndrome curative effects and points analysis showed that the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the p values of the two groups were both less than 0.05,the difference was significant and statistically significant.5.Analyze the conditions in the groups before and after treatment.The two groups have certain results in the treatment of PDW and MPV,p<0.05,the difference is significant and statistically significant;analysis between the two groups after treatment,the treatment of the treatment group The effect is better than the control group,p<0.05,the difference is significant and statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Shenqi Huoxue Recipe can effectively improve the TCM syndromes and angina symptoms of patients with stable angina(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),and reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin.2.Shenqi Huoxue Recipe can reduce PDW and MPV levels in patients with stable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).
