| Objective:To retrospectively observe and evaluate the effects of YiShenQingLi HeLuoXieZhuo on delaying the progression of Chronic Kidney Disease stage 5 non-dialysis patients.Methods:①We reviewed the CKD5 non-dialysis patients who had been treated with YiShenQingLi HeLuoXieZhuo prescription recorded in "China Kidney Diseases Big Data Application Innovation Alliance Big Data Platform".② Observe the variation of laboratory indexes within 1 year,and record the adverse reactions.③Patients who had not received dialysis for more than one year were continued followed up until entering dialysis or the follow-up ends.Record the follow-up time and draw the renal survival curve.Result:①175 CKD5 patients were included.The effective rate after 3,6,9,12 months of treatment were 42.29%,27.89%,27.27%and 24.05%respectively.②The regression equation of 1/Scr and the follow-up time showed that the slope was-0.003,suggesting that renal function appeared a downward trend in the long term.③Creatinine level at 3rd month showed no difference compared with baseline(P>0.05),and that at 12th month showed no difference compared with 3rd month(P>0.05).The average declining rate of eGFR after 12 months was 3.10ml/min/year.④There was no obvious difference in serum potassium,uric acid,albumin,calcium,phosphorus,urea nitrogen,and CO2CP before and after treatment(P>0.05).⑤Through the first year of follow-up,no obvious adverse events were found after taking traditional Chinese medicine.⑥Survival analysis showed that the median survival time was 15 months,and the average eGFR before dialysis was 6.05ml/min/1.73m2.Conclusion:The treatment of YiShenQingLi HeLuoXieZhuo in CKD5 non-dialysis patients can retard the exacerbation of CKD and delay the timing of dialysis.Besides,no obvious adverse events happened in the process,suggesting YiShenQingLi HeLuoXieZhuo decoction could be applied in CKD5 non-dialysis patients safely. |
