Objective: 1.Through a comprehensive retrospective analysis of the clinical data of200 patients with stage 3-5(non-dialysis)of chronic kidney disease with spleen and kidney deficiency and wet turbidity and stasis blood type,the clinical efficacy of TCM dialectical treatment of CKD was observed;2.Use the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform system to summarize and summarize the drugs in plan for the clinical treatment of chronic kidney disease.Methods: 1.Using retrospective clinical analysis methods,200 patients with chronic kidney disease 3-5(non-dialysis)diagnosed as chronic kidney disease in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Second Department of Renal Department of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to December2020 were selected,and 200 patients with spleen and kidney deficiency and wet turbidity and stasis blood type were selected,and the patient data that met the criteria were screened in strict accordance with the established inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the patient data that met the criteria were analyzed using SPSS26.0 software for detailed statistical analysis.After 8 weeks of continuous medication and self-control,the changes in laboratory indicators such as serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,uric acid,urine microalbumin and 24-hour urine protein quantification before and after treatment 3-5(non-dialysis)with spleen and kidney deficiency and wet turbidity and stasis blood type were included in this project,including 118 male patients(59%),82 female patients(41%),and the ratio of male to female patients was 1.44:1.The age of the patients was mainly concentrated in 61-70 years old,accounting for 31.5%.Male patients are mainly concentrated in 51-60 years old,and female patients are mainly concentrated in 61-70 years old,with an average age of 56.38± 12.76 years.The distribution of primary disease in patients,of which chronic glomerulonephritis(50.5%),diabetic nephropathy(19.5%),and hypertensive renal impairment(11.5%)are in the top three.Patients with a course distribution,40% of patients with a course of 1-5 years,and 28.5% of patients with a course of < 1 year.The 200 patients with CKD were mainly distributed in the CKD5 stage,accounting for 36.5%.2.Renal function indicators(Scr,BUN,UA)and e GFR,4 weeks of treatment,8 weeks of treatment and pre-treatment and each other,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);UTP,MALB,PTH and Hb at 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference between K,Ca and P at 4 weeks of treatment compared with before treatment(P>0.05).The 8 weeks of treatment were compared with the 8 weeks of treatment before treatment and the 8 weeks of treatment and 4weeks of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Evaluation of clinical efficacy before and after treatment: the total effective rate of clinical overall efficacy after 8 weeks of treatment was 79%,the total effective rate of clinical efficacy of TCM was77%,and the total integral of TCM syndrome after treatment decreased significantly
