| Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of the method of YISHENQINGLI,HE LUOXIEZHUO treating the patient of CKD 2～3 phase.Methods:Select 80 patients with of CKD 2～3 phase,divide all the patients into the tr eat group(40 cases) who are treated with YISHENQINGLI,HELUOXIEZHUO and routine western medicine and the coutrol group(40 cases) who are treated with routine western m edicine only,Both groups were observed renal before and after treatment,(Scr,eGFR,1/ Scr),and 24h urine protein quantitative(Upr),plasma albumin(Alb),hemoglobin(Hb), liver function(AST,ALT) and TCM symptom scores.Results:1.The observation group after treatment,Scr,eGFR,1/Scr compared with befor e treatment were better,the difference of two groups Scr before and after treatment compa rison were statistically significant(P＜0.05).2.Two groups 24hUpr after treatment were in the downward trend,in comparative difference within the group,there were statistically signi ficant(P＜0.05).3.Two groups of Alb,The observation group was declining,the contrast g roup shows ascendant trend,and the differences of two groups before and after treatment were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).4.The observation group WBC,RBC,Hb,PLT,A LT after treatment were declining,the contrast group RBC,Hb,PLT,ALT were declinin g,compared WBC shows ascendant trend.5.Both groups before and after the treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01).After the treatment,the symptoms sco res of dark complexion,languid,nausea and vomiting,lumbar debility,eat less,dry mouth,nocturia,numbness of two groups were declining,and the differences were sta tistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:1.The method of YISHENQINGLI,HELUOXIEZHUO can improve CKD 2～3 phase p atients with renal condition.2.The method of YISHENQINGLI,HELUOXIEZHUO can improve CKD 2～3 phase p atients albuminuria,24hUpr reduced.3.he method of YISHENQINGLI,HELUOXIEZHUO can significantly improve TCM cl inical syndrome. |
