| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Tianma Wendan decoction in the treatment of hypertension with anxiety state.Methods: A total of 72 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with conventional Western medicine plus traditional Chinese medicine(modified Tianma Wendan decoction)for 4 weeks.After the course of treatment,the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:1.After treatment,both groups had a certain curative effect,but the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of dizziness of di zziness,insomnia,fatigue,abdominal distension,tedium,trance and lack of food(p<0.05),the effect of the two groups in improving palpitation was similar(p>0.05)2.After treatment,the patients in the two groups had lower blood pressure in the clinic and Zung’s anxiety scale,the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.01).d SBP,n SBP and n DBP in 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure therapy group were significantly improved than those in control group(p<0.01),24 hSB P(p<0.05),24 h DBP and d DBP(p>0.05)after treatment,the treatment group and the control group had the same therapeutic effect.3.There was no significant difference in safety index between the two groups before and after treatment(p>0.05).Conclusion: Modified Tianma Wendan decoction can effectively improve TCM syndrome score,lower blood pressure,improve anxiety symptoms,have a reasonable curative effect,be safe and feasible,and have no adverse reaction,it is worth popularizing. |
