Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Tianma Wendan Decoction On Intestinal Flora In Patients With Turbidity-Obstructed Syndrome Of Hypertension

Research Objective:To observe the effect of Tianma Wendan Decoction on intestinal flora of patients with obstructive syndrome of turbidity-induced phlegm of hypertension,as well as its clinical efficacy and safety,so as to provide certain clinical basis for the future study of hypertension patients to achieve the purpose of reducing blood pressure by improving intestinal flora.Methods:A total of 72 patients with hypertension conforming to the syndrome of phlegm-turbidity obstruction were collected and randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases),control group(36 cases),plus 10 cases of healthy patients.The control group was treated with standard antihypertensive treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Tianma Wendan Decoction under the condition of standard antihypertensive treatment of the control group.The medication duration was 4 weeks,and the healthy patients were not treated with drugs.Stool samples of two groups of hypertensive patients before and after treatment were collected,and stool samples of healthy people were separately collected.16 s r DNA sequencing technology provided by a third-party company was used to detect intestinal flora changes between hypertensive patients and healthy people,and between two groups of hypertensive patients before and after treatment.And observe the two groups of hypertensive patients before and after treatment whether the safety index is normal,blood pressure changes and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome improvement.Results:In this study,67 patients and 10 healthy patients were included in the final study,a total of 77 cases.1 Intestinal flora:(1)Compared with healthy people,Firmicutes,Proteobacteria,Enterobacteriaceae and Macroomonas were significantly increased in patients with turbido-obstructive hypertension(P<0.05),Bacteroidetes,verrucobacteria,Spirillaceae and Akermannia were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the contents of Coprobacillus,Lactobacillus and Acinetobacter were decreased.(2)After treatment with Western medicine combined with Tianma Wendan Decoction,intestinal flora diversity in patients with phlegm-turbidite obstructive hypertension was significantly increased(P< 0.05),and the change of diversity was better than that in patients with standard antihypertensive treatment(P<0.05),Firmiculosis/Bacteroidete(F/B)was decreased,and Tricobacteriaceae and Akermanaceae were significantly increased(P<0.05).The contents of Bacteroidetes,Akermania and Coprobacillus increased,while the contents of Enterobacteriaceae and Macroomonas decreased.2 Improvement of TCM syndroms: TCM syndroms of hypertension patients with phlegm-turbidity obstruction syndrome in both groups were improved after treatment,and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was more significant(P< 0.05).There were also improvements in several single TCM syndroms,such as vertigo,headache,scalp,sputum and salivation,chest tightness,body sleepiness,palpitation,palpitation,lack of mouth and food,and the difference was more significant in the treatment group(P< 0.05).3 Changes in blood pressure: Blood pressure in both groups decreased after treatment,and the decrease in blood pressure in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P< 0.05).4 Safety indicators: During the study period(within 4 weeks),the three safety indicators of routine function,liver and kidney function,blood sugar and blood lipid of patients were within the normal range.Conclusion:1 Tianma warm gallbladder decoction may reduce the blood pressure of patients by increasing the richness and diversity of intestinal flora in patients with obstruction hypertension in sputum turbidity,regulating the types and proportions of various species of intestinal flora,improving intestinal flora,reducing the level of inflammation in the body.2 Tianma Wendan Decoction can obviously improve the vertigo,headache,head,phlegm vomiting,limb sleepiness,palpitation,weak mouth,little food and other TCM syndroms in patients with obstructive syndrome of hypertension sputum turbidness.3 Tianma Wendan Decoction combined with Western medicine can effectively reduce blood pressure in patients with obstructive hypertension.4 Tianma Wendan Decoction are safe to use.
