Purpose:A retrospective analysis of radix bupleuri wendan tang, cut side application in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with anxiety depression related with phlegm heat syndrome in the medical record information, through statistical patients’ general information, clinical features,Chinese medicine syndrome and related biochemical indicators, summarizes radix bupleuri wendan tang, cut side in the treatment of type 2 diabetes phlegm heat syndrome associated with anxiety depression role play and curative effect.Material and method:A total of 376 patients with type 2 diabetes syndrome of sputum heat accompanied by anxiety and depression who were admitted to the outpatient department and inpatient department of The Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine within 5 years from September 2016 to September 2021 were selected,and100 cases with confounding factors removed were obtained by using the tendency score matching method.Among them,50 patients who received basic treatment of Western medicine and conventional western medicine and 50 patients who were treated with Chaihu Wendan decoction were divided into control group and treatment group respectively.Fasting blood glucose(FPG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),blood lipid(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),TCM symptom score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score and other clinical symptoms in 2 groups were observed and compared 12 weeks before and after treatment Statistical analysis was used to detect, compare and analyze the changes of physical and chemical indicators, and to summarize the clinical efficacy and rule of Chaihu Wendan Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes phlegm-heat syndrome accompanied by anxiety and depression.Results:1.Blood glucose levels: The levels of FPG,2h PG and Hb A1 c decreased in both groups after treatment(p<0.01).Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the reduction of FPG,2h PG and Hb A1 c levels in the treatment group(p>0.05).2.Blood lipid levels: TC,TG and LDL-C in both groups decreased and HDL-C increased after treatment(P <0.01).The degree of increasing HDL-C and decreasing TC,TG and LDL-C in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P <0.01).3.Scores of TCM clinical symptoms: All scores of TCM clinical symptoms were decreased in both groups after treatment(P <0.01).The scores of the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P <0.05 or P <0.01).The total scores of clinical symptoms in both groups decreased after treatment(P <0.01).The total score of the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P <0.01).4.Hamilton Anxiety Scale: HAMA scores in both groups decreased after treatment(P <0.01),and HAMA scores in the treatment group decreased more significantly than that in the control group(P <0.05).5.Hamilton Depression Scale: HAMD scores in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.01),and HAMAD scores in the treatment group decreased more significantly than that in the control group(P <0.05).6.Comprehensive efficacy:The effective rate of the control group was 70%,the effective rate of the treatment group was 88%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05).7.Safety: There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:1.Bupleurum wendan decoction is safe and effective.2.Chaihu Wendan Decoction can increase hd L-C level and reduce TC,TG and LDL-C level of type 2 diabetes patients with phlegm-heat syndrome accompanied by anxiety and depression,so as to achieve the regulation of dyslipidemia in patients.3.Chaihu Wendan Decoction can fully relieve the clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetes patients with phlegm-heat syndrome accompanied by anxiety and depression, especially in improving the symptoms of cold drinks, excessive drinking water, chest tightness and epigasmus, upset and bitter mouth.4.Chaihu Wendan Decoction can relieve anxiety and depression in type 2 diabetes patients with phlegm-heat syndrome accompanied by anxiety and depression. |
