Clinical Study On Acupuncture Combined With Scraping In The Tretment Of Cervicogenic Headache(Hyperactivity Of Liver-yang)

Objective:This subject takes cervicogenic headache(hyperactivity of liver-yang)as the clinical research object,through the observation of acupuncture combined with scrapping and routine acupuncture in the treatment of this disease,the difference of clinical curative effect is compared and analyzed,and the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with scrapping is confirmed to provide a feasible and efficient treatment scheme for the treatment of CHE.Methods:In this study,there were 72 patients with CHE caused by hyperactivity of liver-yang in the outpatient clinic of acupuncture and moxibustion department of our hospital.The patients were randomly assigned: treatment group 30 cases(acupuncture+scrapping)and control group 32 cases(routine acupuncture group).Both group to need two courses of treatment,and the final results were evaluated by visual analog score plus weight before and after the course of treatment.Results: The data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software,and the scores of the two groups of subjects observation scale were analyzed in detail after treatment(p<0.05),which was statistically significant.1.Overall curative effect: the subjects of the two groups were treated with two courses of treatment.30 cases in the treatment group were cured in 5 cases(16.67%),markedly effective in 16 cases(53.33%),effective in 6 cases(20%)and ineffective in 3 cases(10%).The total clinical effective rate was 90.005%.32 cases of the control group were cured(9.37%),markedly effective against 8 cases(25%),effective in 16 cases(50%),ineffective in 5 cases(15.63%),and the total clinical effective rate was 84.38%(p<0.05).Follow-up one month later: the total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 78.13% in the control group(p<0.05).2.VAS scored and HIT score: there was no significant difference in headache VAS score and HIT score between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05),and there was comparability between the two groups.After treatment,there were significant differences in headache visual analog score and headache impact test score(p<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion: The results show that acupuncture combined with scrapping and routine acupuncture can improve the grade of headache and the negative effect of headache on life in the treatment of CHE(hyperactivity of liver-yang).Acupuncture combined with scrapping in the treatment of CHE(hyperactivity of liver-yang)is simple,easy to operate and has good long-term effect,which is worth affirming.
