Objective: To discuss the clinical effect and the effect to TCD on migraine diagnosed liver-Yang hyperactivity syndrome with acupuncture.Methods: 60 patients who conform to the standard were randomly divided into two groups. The therapy group (the acupuncture group) treated by Si Shen Cong; Shuai Gu, Feng Chi, Tai Xi, Tai Chong(double sides)with acupuncture once a day. The control group (the drug group) treated by the oral Nimodipine Tablet 20mg, take it orally three times a day. To observe and compire the change of clinical symptoms and transcranial Doppler each group itself and between them After treating a month.Results: After treating a month, the total effective rate of the treating group and the control group is 93.33% and 83.33%, There was the significant differentiation between them(P<0.05). There was significant differentiation before treating and after treatment on the average velocity of blood stream of ACA, MCA, PCA, VA and BA of the diseased side. And there was significant differentiation between the each group itself and between them(P<0.05).Conclusions: The clinical effect on migraine diagnosed liver-Yang hyperactivity syndrome with acupuncture was satisfied, deserve the further extension and appliance. Acupuncture can effectively improve the all indexs, adjust the contractive and dilatation function of blood vessel and improve the function of blood stream of brain. |
