| Objective:By collecting and sorting out the clinical records of Xiaoyao San used by Professor Men,the paper analyzes and summarizes the syndrome and treatment rules of Xiaoyao San,so as to better summarize and inherit the clinical experience and academic thought of professor Men in treating functional dysfunction diseases with Xiaoyao San.Methods:259 cases of effective medical records that containing xiaoyao San were collected into Excel form.The information included gender,age,tongue,pulse,symptoms,TCM diagnosis,western medicine diagnosis,drugs,compound prescription and so on.By means of presenting the results in the form of graph and text to analyses indications of functional dysfunction disease with the treatment of xiaoyao San,and summarize characteristics of medication and compatibility regularity,and clear up the thought of applying Xiaoyao San in the clinic.Results:By analyzing the data of 259 medical records,the following results were obtained:(1)Basic situation: through the analysis of data,it is found that the ratio of male to female is about 1:2.8,and female patients are far more than male patients.On the whole,the main age range of the onset is 30-69 years old,accounting for 80.30%,and the middle-aged and elderly people were the majority,among which the main age of the onset was 20-69 years old for women and 20-59 years old for men.(2)Tongue and pulse condition: tongue texture was mostly pale,with a frequency of33.98%;The second was dark tongue(26.64%).The main tongue shapes were tooth mark tongue(4.25%)and fat big tongue(3.47%).The tongue coating was mainly white,and the frequency was 40.93%.The second were thin white moss(27.80%)and greasy moss(13.90%).The single pulse(64.00%)was more than the compound pulse(36.00%),and the single pulse was dominated by chordal pulse with 27.11%,followed by ulnar pulse sinking(10.67%),veinelet sinking(10.22%)and sinking pulse(10.22%).The frequency of complex pulse was 12.89%,followed by sinking-sinking-vein(5.33%)and sinking-sinking-vein(4.00%).(3)Symptom distribution: the most common symptom was insomnia,with a frequency of 10.87%;The second was irritability(5.34%).Constipation also had a higher proportion(4.25%).(4)Disease distribution: a total of 62 TCM diseases were involved,among which insomnia was the most common,with a frequency of 20.08%;This was followed by menstrual irregularity(11.20%)and vertigo(8.11%).According to the system distribution of TCM diseases,heart diseases were the most common,accounting for 22.39%.The following were gynecological syndromes(16.99%),qi and blood and body fluid syndromes(13.51%)and cerebral diseases(13.13%).Western diseases were common in autonomic nervous dysfunction(7.72%),hypertension(7.42%),diabetes(7.42%),tumor(6.23%)and so on.(5)Drug use: bupleurum,Angelica sinensis,raw white peoniae paeoniae,Poria cocos,fried Atractylodes atractylodes and prepared liquorice were used frequently and almost without reduction.Among the addition and subtraction drugs,the most commonly used was Achyranthae bidentata,which was used 206 times in total,with a frequency of 79.54%.It was followed by Radix Polygonae(40.15%)and Cortex Moutan(28.96%).The most commonly used drug combination was Radix Agentulae-Cortex Moutan-Cinnamomum,which appeared for 56 times.It was followed by the bidentac-polygalaria-hooteng combination(51 times)and bidentac-polygalaria-combination(49 times).(6)Usage of the compound prescription: 139 cases were used in the compound prescription,accounting for 53.67%;A total of 32 prescriptions combined with Xiaoyao San were used in the treatment of functional dysfunction diseases,including Jingui Shenqi pill(17.12%),Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction(15.07%),Xiaochaihu decoction(9.59%),Xiaoeryigong powder(8.22%)and Xiangsha Lizhong decoction(8.22%).Conclusion:Based on the analysis and discussion of Xiaoyao San by Professor Men,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Indications for application of Xiaoyao San: it is suitable for functional dysregulation mainly manifested by dysregulation of liver and spleen and disharmony of qi and blood.It is mainly suitable for middle-aged and elderly people and some young women.Such people often suffer from insomnia,menstruation to be not moved,dizziness,sweating,gall disease and other neurological diseases,gynecological diseases,circulatory diseases and endocrine system disease,sleep disorders,modern symptoms,spleen and stomach,menstrual abnormalities of the down as the main performance,combined with patient tongue with qualitative light or dark,whitish or greasy,pulse condition sank a string of arteries and veins,arteries and veins or arteries and veins,All can be judged as functional dysfunction and the use of Xiaoyao San for regulation.(2)Application of the combined prescription group: if spleen deficiency and blood weakness were the main problem,combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction,Xiaoer Yigong Powder,Xiangsha Lizhong Decoction and other prescriptions to protect stomach qi;If both Yang Qi deficiency,Qi does not change Jin,joint Jingui Shenqi Pill to regulate body fluid;If exogenous,combined with Sangju Drink,Puerarin Soup,Cassia Twig Plus Puerarin Soup and other prescriptions to solve the outside and cure inside;For oral ulcer,genital tract infection and other surgical diseases,combined Zhi Huang Granules,external wash prescription inside the external treatment.(3)Drug use: the use of the main drug is relatively fixed,often do not use mint,and ginger is used as a flavoring drug;Main flavored drug radix polygalae,cortex moutan,radix achyranthis bidentatae,uncaria,cassia twig,etc.,often combinations to combination,If severe Qi and blood block is seen,the combination of Radix Achyranthae-Peony bark-Cassia twig should be used to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis;If the liver stagnation Qi stagnation,phlegm dampness block,with Achyranthes bidentata-polygalaxia combination to dredge stagnation;If the liver Yang is hyperactive,the combination of Achyranthes bidentata-polygalaxia-hook teng can ease the mind and clear the liver heat;If the spleen and stomach were weak,ginger-jujube combination was used to protect Zhongjiao.If the sputum fire agglomeration,to raw oyster-Radix Sophora-Thunberg Fritillaria-prunella combination to dissolve the sputum scattered knot;If the stool is not smooth,with Perilla seed-hemp combination embellish bowel defecation;According to the different conditions of patients,the flexible addition and reduction of drug use,so as to more comprehensive regulation of functional dysregulation. |
