Discussion On The Academic Thought And Clinical Experience Of Professor Wei Guikang,Master Of Chinese Medicine,in The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective:Combining the latest modern information technology as the means of data mining,this paper summarizes the academic thought and clinical experience of professor wei guikang in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,so as to improve the clinical efficacy of TCM in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,better promote the development of TCM,and serve the society.Methods: Through studying relevant literature and books taught by Professor Wei Guikang and following Professor Wei Guikang to understand his academic characteristics.In addition,the collected medical cases of Professor Wei Gui Kang for the treatment of cervical spondlosis were analyzed by using Office Excel 2019,SPSS22.0 and Clementine12 Apriori algorithm to carry out frequency summary,cluster analys is,association rule analysis and network visualization.Further combined with relevant literature,this paper summarized Professor Wei Guikang’s clinical experience in the treatment of cervical spondylosis,including Professor Wei Guikang’s treatment of the etiology,pathogenes is,syndrome differentiation and prescriptions of cervical spondylosis,and combined with the relevant theory of traditional Chinese medicine for elaboration and explanation.Through collecting the cases of Professor Wei Guikang’s treatment of cervical spondylosis over the years,this paper discusses the common prescriptions and combinations of Professor Wei Guikang’s treatment of cervical spondylosis,taking typical cases as examples to illustrate.Results:A total of 180 cases met the inclusion criteria,involving180 prescriptions of 93 traditional Chinese medicines,with a total frequency of 2383 times,an average of 25.62 times for each drug,and about 13.24 kinds of drugs for each prescription.(1)High-frequency drugs appeared more than 22 times,including liquorice,salvia miltiorrhiza,notoginseng,white peony root,keel and other 30 traditional Chinese medicines,mainly to tonifying deficiency drugs and drugs to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.Among them,the TCM flavor to the Gan Wen,into the liver of the first.(2)According to the results of clustering analysis of high-frequency TCM,TCM can be divided into 5 categories,which are mainly represented by Tongan Decoction,Liuwei Dihuang Decoction,Modified Xiaoyao Powder,Spasmolysis and Stasis Dispersion Decoction,and Nourishing Heart Decoction.(3)According to the association between Chinese medic ine and traditional Chinese medic ine,206 drug pairs were obtained,including7 pairs of two-drug combinations,35 three-drug combinations,70four-drug combinations,65 five-drug combinations and 29 six-drug combinations.Such as keel-dalbergiae "keel-dalbergiae-two needle" "-two needle-the root of herbaceous peony-dalbergiae keel" both sides "-the salvia miltiorrhiza-dalbergiae needle-keel-the root of herbaceous peony-notoginseng",etc.Among the association rules between symptoms and traditional Chinese medic ine,there are 205 second-order association rules and 44 third-order association rules.Conclusion:Through the analysis of Professor Wei Guikang’s relevant literature,books and medical cases collected in follow-up consultations,it can be concluded that Professor Wei Guikang has his own unique academic opinions on the treatment of cervical spondylosis.In the clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis,great attention is paid to the overall concept and syndrome differentiation,the combination of primary and auxiliary,and the difference between acute and delayed.He is good at combining manipulation with internal treatment.In the treatment of cervical spondylosis by manipulation,Professor Wei Guikang attaches great importance to the dialectical relationship between "tendons" and "bones",emphasizing the equal importance of "tendons" and "bones".It is believed that the bone is regular and the tendon is soft,the tendon is soft,the bone must be soft first,and the bone must be set.Pay attention to bone,tendon,symptomatic "triple technique".When using the treatment,professor Wei Gui Kang emphasizes the syndrome differentiation and treatment,both inside and outside,treatment based on stress classification,the basic princ iple for the centralizer "for" kidney overseers,blood circulation and drug core of salvia miltiorrhiza,medicine compatibility to follow "Nourish qi and promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis and relieve pain" princ iple,the party with Ann soup,liuwei dihuang decoction and flavored xiaoyao powder,spasmolysis scattered stasis soup,yangxin soup as a foundation for the cutting.After the end of the manipulation,attention should be paid to functional exerc ise.The cervical spondylosis is mainly caused by strain,and it is easy to relapse after treatment.In view of this characteristic,Professor Wei Guikang attaches great importance to functional exerc ise after treatment.
