The treatment group of 52 cases were given "Xiaopi Hewei decoction" treatment and the control group of 50 cases received domperidone treatment. Their treatment courses were both 4 weeks. The investigators scored every clinical symptom including prior treatment and treatment of 4 weeks, and recorded aggregate score. Then SPSS 17.0 was used for statistic analysis. Results:The baseline of treatment group and control group in sex, age, illness course, temperature, pulse, breath, blood pressure and Chinese medicine symptom was basically consistent before treatment or therapy. It meant that the two groups’distribution was uniform, with good comparability. The clinical syndrome integral before and after treatment was compared as self-control, there had significant differences (P<0.01). The clinical syndrome integral was compared in the two groups and there were significant differences (P<0.01). It indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving syndrome of TCM.The total effective rate was insignificantly higher in the treatment group (P>0.05). It turned out that the total effective rate was equal between the two groups. The two groups’ difference in six symptoms including stomach fullness, reducing diet, nausea and vomiting, belching, chest tightness and heartburn was statistically significant (P<0.05), that showed the treatment group was superior to control group in improving the six diseases.
