Clinical Observation Of Ginger-partitioned Moxibustion Combined With Cetirizine In The Treatment Of Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria With Deficiency Of Qi And Blood

Objective: Ginger-separated moxibustion combined with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and cetirizine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria with deficiency of qi and blood is compared with its clinical efficacy to provide more effective and efficient treatment for the clinical treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria with deficiency of qi and blood.Safe treatment plan.Methods:Sixty-six subjects diagnosed with chronic spontaneous urticaria with wind pathogen invasion were randomly equal assigned into moxibustion group and medicine.The medicine group used with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets orally,once a day,10 mg once,for 4 weeks.The treatment group was treated with ginger-separated moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and selected acupoints on both sides of Quchi,Hegu,Xuehai,Weizhong and Geshu.The course of ginger moxibustion is 3 times a week,and the treatment is 12 times for 4 weeks.Urticaria activity score(UAS),chronic urticaria quality of life questionnaire(CU-Q2 o L),urticaria control score(Urticaria Control)were performed before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Test,UCT).After the treatment,the UAS scores,CU-Q2 o L scores,and UCT scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the UAS score was used as the main efficacy evaluation index to evaluate the effectiveness of the two groups.The subjects were followed up 3 months after the end of the trial to compare the recurrence of the two groups.Results:(1)UAS score: Before therapy the gap of UAS scores between two groups was not significant;UAS scores after therapy decreased compared to before therapy,and treatment group was small,and the gap was significant.(2)CU-Q2 o L score: Before therapy the gap of CU-Q2 o L scores between two groups was not significant;The CU-Q2 o L scores after therapy decreased compared to before therapy,and treatment group was small,and the gap was significant.(3)UCT score: Before therapy the gap of UCT scores between two groups was not significant;The UCT scores after therapy increased compared to before therapy,and treatment group was big,and the gap was significant.(4)Total effective rate: The total effective rate of the contrast group is 83.87%,another is 93.75%,P<0.05,the gap is statistically.Conclusion:1.In the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria with deficiency of qi and blood,simple cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and ginger moxibustion combined with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the impact of the disease on the quality of life,Improve the effect of urticaria control.2.Ginger moxibustion combined with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets has more advantages in improving the symptoms of patients and reducing the impact of diseases on the quality of life of patients.3.Ginger moxibustion combined with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets is a safe and effective treatment plan.
