Observation Of Clinical Effect Of Combination Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine Associated With Acupoint-injection Therapy Of Danshen On Patients With Chronic Urticaria

BackgroundUrticaria is a common hypersensitive disease in dermatological department. Causes are complex.It occurs recurrently and is difficult to cure, which leads to patients mental and physical discomfort. In western, patient are usually prescribed for antihistamine. The curative effect is obvious, but after withdrawal of antihistamine, It is likely to recur. And some of the patients who take the pills may feel giddy and somnolent. The sound effects of Chinese medicine can not show in short time, however, it’s long-term effect is obvious. As it is known, Chinese is cheap and simple, compared to it curative effect, the side effect is negligible. Acupoint-injection therapy is a traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods, which plays a part through compounding with the usage of medicine and acupoint, and it adjusts our body in a balance sate. At the help of my tutor, scanning many papers,, I would like to study that observation of clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine associated with acupoint-injection therapy of danshen in treatment of Patients with chronic urticaria.ObjectiveIn this research, according to randomized controlled trials, to investigate the clinical efficacy of danshen injection by acupoint injection therapy for chronic urticaria, and analysis the value of using huoxuehuayufa to therapy chronic urticaria. We also hope to provide a effective method for clinical treatment.MethodsPatients with chronic urticaria who saw doctor in the department of dermatology of Guangdong Hospital of Tradition Chinese between December 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group (30 patients) and control group(30 patients).Patients in treatment group received Point-injection treatment and yupingfeng add and subtract decoction and cetirizine. Patients in control group acquired yupingfeng add and subtract decoction and cetirizine. Every number gained a clinical evaluation at the beginning of the treatment, at the end of two weeks and four weeks after treatment. Dating itching degree、the time of wheals last、the frequency of wheals stroking、numbers of lesions, meanwhile, reporting the adverse events and reactions.Result1. Results of the overall effect:After two weeks and four weeks, the result of overall effect shows that the difference between two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).And it illustrates that the clinical effect of observation group is better than that of control group.After four weeks, the study manifests every index of each group take a turn for the better,so we can say both of the two methods are useful for chronic urticaria.2. Comparison of each group after treatment:After treatment, the rank-and-testing shows the difference of itching degree and the frequency of wheals stroking between two groups are not statistically significant(P>0.05). It illustrates that the effect of two methods are the same judging for relieving itching and reducing the frequency of the wheals stroking. At the aspect of shortening the time of wheals last and reducing the number of lesions are significant(P<0.05), which illustrate that the effect of observation group is much better than that of control group.Conclusion(1)The treatment group and control group both are schemed for the treatment of chronic urticaria are effective in general, Two groups in improving he itching degree and the frequency of the wheals stroking are similar.(2)plus acupoint-injection therapy of Danshen can reduce number of wheals, the longer time of treatment is, the better the effect is. Plus acupoint-injection therapy of Danshen can shorten time of wheals last in a short time. So adopting acupoint-injection therapy of Danshen is good for chronic urticaria.
