| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of smokeless energetic moxibustion and the local skin temperature(moxibustion temperature)during moxibustion, this study provides an effective external treatment for clinical treatment of fasciitis of lumbodorsal muscle. Methods: According to the random number table method,64 patients who met the inclusion were divided into treatment group(smokeless energetic moxibustion group)and control group(moxa box moxibustion group),32 cases in each group. As one case fell off in the control group,32 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.Once a day,5 times a course of treatment,2 days after rest, and then the next course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment. After the course of treatment, the symptoms of the two groups were evaluated. Results: The total effective rate of the two groups was 96.88% in the treatment group and 83.87% in the control group(p<0.05).In addition, the temperature of moxibustion in the treatment group was faster than that in the control group, and the temperature was maintained at about 43 ℃ for a longer time, which was statistically significant(p<0.05). |
