Clinical Study On Treatment Of Back Muscle Fasciitis With Tripleneedling Combined With Warm Acu-moxibustion

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of tripleneedling combined with warm acu-moxibustion in the treatment of cold dampness type back muscle fasciitis,providing the basis for the clinical application of the traditional internal needling method.Methods: A total of 70 patients were treated with the standard.The subjects included in the standard were divided into treatment group and control group according to the randomized and controlled method.The treatment group was treated with tripleneedling with warm acu-moxibustion,selecting 2-4 using triple needling Ashi.The use of Qi stitches,acupuncture needle after the needle,the length of 1.0cm Ai set in the needle on the needle stabbed on the needle.When the patients feels warm,pading hard paper in the stabbed needle under the needle,each hole of the moxibustion 3 Zhuang;The control group to oral diclofenac sodium double release enteric-coated capsule symptomatic treatment.6 days for a course of treatment,treating 2 courses,and the treatment interval 1 day.The pain,tenderness and functional activity of the selected items were taken as the main observation indexes,and the curative effect was evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS),tenderness integral method and dysfunction score method respectively.SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the collected data.Results: After the end of treatment,VAS,tenderness score and dysfunction score of the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05);The total effective rate was 96.88% in the treatment group and 83.87%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).There were no adverse events during the two groups.Conclusion:(1)the treatment group and the control group of treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with bac-k muscle fasciitis.(2)The effect of tripleneedling combined with warm acumoxibustion on the curative effect of analgesic effect and analgesic effect on the cold dampness type back muscle fasciitis was better than that of the control group,and the curative effect was definite and had certain advantages.
