[Object] 1,To observe the clinical effect on treating spleen-Qi deficiency differentiation of functional dyspepsia (FD) by smokeless Moxibustion.; 2,Compare the effect of smokeless Moxibustion with Acupuncture that treat the spleen-Qi deficiency differentiation of FD ; 3,Discuss the mechanism of moxibustion that treat he spleen-Qi deficiency differentiation of FD.[Method] The research used the random contrast and single-blind test .There are altogether 60 patients through the whole course of study. All cases were divided into two groups on the random:The comparision group which were treated by needling on zhongwan point, and trerapeutic group which were treated by Moxibusting on zhongwan point. The clinical effect and the influence on PSQI and TCM symptom score were studied .Measuring the density in patients of gastrin (GAS),immunoglobulinG (IgG),interleukin-2 (IL-2) By radioimmunoassav (RIA) and calculating fraction accord to Spleen-Qi Deficiency symptoms scale before and after treatment respectively.[Result] 1,After treatment the symptom score of Two groups patients of are all significantly lower than before treatment, and the difference has statistical significance; 2,After moxibustion or acupuncture treatment, the spleen-Qi deficiency differentiation of FD patient's GAS,IgG are differently increase, the results are statistical significance. There was no significant difference in IL-2; 3,The methods of smokeless Moxibustion and Acupuncture have no diffferention on treating spleen-Qi deficiency differentiation of FD.[ Conclusion ] Smokeless Moxibustion and Acupuncture can improve the spleen-Qi deficiency differentiation of FD patient's clinical symptoms effectively, and its mechanism may be concerned with the regulation of GAS and IgG.
