Objective: Smokeless moxibustion on west guangxi childhood asthma chronic duration curative effect and the related inflammation factor(IL-6,IL-17,IL-33,VEGF,TLR1,TLR2 and TLR4)research,For the future of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of children with bronchial asthma to provide a clinical basis.Methods: Children with chronic persistent bronchial asthma who were outpatiented clinic in the Department of Pediatrics of the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical Univerity for Nationalities from February 2022 to October 2022 were collected and diagnosed.Native of Baise,Hechi and Chongzuo in western Guangxi.A total of 96 children with chronic persistent bronchial asthma were included.They were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(46 cases)according to the method of random number table.The control group to give children with conventional atomization inhalation budesonide treatment,continuous treatment for 3 months;On the basis of the children in the control group,the observation group was treated with smokeless moxibustion.The acupoints were selected: Tanzhong,Tiantu,Feishu,Shenshu and Fenglong.The smokeless moxibustion was performed with smokeless moxa sticks once a day,30 minutes per acupoint,5 days a week,and 3 months of continuous treatment.Compare two groups of clinical curative effect;Compare two groups of related indexes before and after treatment: asthma control test(C-ACT)score,pulmonary function of forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in1 s(FEV1),maximum expiratory flow(PEF),macrophages toll-like receptor(TLR)TLR1,TLR2 and TLR4 level,serum interleukin 6(IL 6)and interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-33(IL-33),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)level;At the same time the evaluation on the safety of two groups of children.Results:(1)In the observation group,32 patients were clinically controlled(64.00%),10 patients were significantly effective(20.00%),5 patients were effective(10.00%),and 3patients were ineffective(6.00%).The total effective rate was 94.00%;In the control group,20 patients were clinically controlled(43.48%),11 patients were significantly effective(23.91%),6 patients were effective(13.04%),and 9 patients were ineffective(19.57%).The total effective rate was 80.43%.The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the C-ACT score of children in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the C-ACT score of children in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the number of asthma attacks and respiratory tract infections in the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the number of asthma attacks and respiratory tract infections in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the indexes of lung function FVC,FEV1 and PEF in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the indexes of lung function FVC,FEV1 and PEF in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,TLR1,TLR2 and TLR4 of peripheral blood macrophages in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and after treatment,TLR1,TLR2 and TLR4 of peripheral blood macrophages in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).(5)After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,IL-17,IL-33 and VEGF in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of serum IL-6,IL-17,IL-33 and VEGF in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Smokeless moxibustion combined western medicine therapy: 1,can improve the west guangxi’s childhood asthma chronic duration curative effect,improve the clinical symptoms,lung function,and treatment of security is good;2,regulation of peripheral blood in children with peripheral blood macrophages TLR1,TLR2 and TLR4 level;3,inhibition of IL-6,IL-17,IL-33 and VEGF expression of inflammatory cytokines.
