| Objective:to investigate the old patients with pneumonia sense burden the status quo,to explore and analyze the family function in patients with senile pneumonia,the influence of the burden of disease uncertainty on self feeling,thus for clinical medical staff targeted disease knowledge guidance,reduce the uncertainty in illness,easing the burden on patients self feels,improve the quality of patients life,improve the patient and family to provide a scientific basis for medical treatment satisfaction.Methods:this study belongs to a cross-sectional survey of experimental research,through convenience sampling,the selection of weihai a 3 armour hospital fit into the standard of 253 patients with senile pneumonia as investigation object,and in general data questionnaire,family care index questionnaire,the Chinese version of sense of uncertainty in illness scale,self feel burden scale as a research tool,through SPSS26.0 software for data analysis,descriptive statistics,t-test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson correlation analysis,multiple linear regression analysis method.Results:(1)Among 253 elderly pneumonia patients in this study,58.5%were aged between 60 and 70 years old,and males were more than females;The vast majority live locally;Most of them have spouses;Most of them have primary school education or below.The average per capita monthly household income was between 2000 yuan and 3000 yuan.Most of the primary caregivers are spouses.(2)the family function in patients with senile pneumonia total score for this study(7.33 ± 2.71),at a higher level,in marital status,educational level,family per capita income,the main caregivers,medical treatment charge payment,self-care ability,disease recurrence rate,on the understanding of disease,severity of disease consciously all have significant differences,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)In this study,the total score of disease uncertainty of middle-aged and elderly patients with pneumonia was(79.12±22.20),which was at the medium level.There were significant differences in marital status,educational level,per capita monthly income of family,main caregivers,and payment methods of medical expenses,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)In this study,the total score of self-perceived burden of middle-aged and elderly patients with pneumonia was(31.42± 10.94),which was in the middle level.There were significant differences in age,marital status,educational level,family per capita monthly income,main caregivers,payment methods of medical expenses,self-care ability,frequency of disease recurrence,understanding degree of disease and conscious severity of disease(P<0.05).(5)The results of correlation analysis showed that family function was negatively correlated with self-perceived burden(r=-0.555,P<0.01);There was a negative correlation between family function and disease uncertainty(r=-0.223,P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between self-perceived burden and disease uncertainty(r=0.464,P<0.01).(6)the multiple regression analysis showed that family functioning total score,total score on uncertainty in illness,medical treatment charge of payment(insurance of worker medical treatment),family per capita monthly income of 5000 yuan(3000～),disease recurrence rate(0～2 times),the understanding of disease(not know)in elderly patients with pneumonia is self feels the influence factors of burden,can explain common sense burden to 49.9%of the variance.Conclusion:(1)The self-perceived burden of elderly pneumonia patients is at a medium level.Age 70 or higher,marital status without a spouse,elementary school and above educational level,family average per capita monthly income of 2000 yuan,children as the main caregivers,urban residents medical treatment insurance,the life cannot provide for oneself completely,disease recurrence rate three times or more,the disease,fully understand and conscientiously disease severity is moderate in elderly patients with pneumonia its relatively heavy burden on my feelings.(2)The family function of elderly patients with pneumonia was at a good level.Marital status have a spouse,junior high school and above level of education,family per capita monthly income of 2000 yuan of above,the spouse as main caregivers,insurance of worker medical treatment,completely on their own,a number of disease recurrence and the following,the disease,fully understand and conscientiously for mild illness severity level of the family function in patients with senile pneumonia is relatively good.(3)The disease uncertainty of elderly patients with pneumonia was at a moderate level.Marital status for no spouse,cultural degree of primary school and the following,family per capita monthly income of 2000 yuan,children as the main caregivers,and other medical insurance,cannot provide for oneself completely,disease recurrence rate three times or more,to understand disease section,the severity of disease for the elderly of severe pneumonia in patients with disease uncertainty level is relatively high.(4)There was a negative correlation between family function and self-perceived burden of elderly patients with pneumonia,that is,the better the family function,the less self-perceived burden of patients;There was a negative correlation between family function and disease uncertainty,that is,the better the family function,the lower the disease uncertainty.There was a positive correlation between disease uncertainty and self-perceived burden,that is,the higher the disease uncertainty,the heavier the self-perceived burden of patients.(5)Family function,disease uncertainty,payment method of medical expenses,per capita monthly income of the family,frequency of disease recurrence and understanding of the disease are the main influencing factors of the self-perceived burden of elderly pneumonia patients.It is suggested that medical staff should pay attention to patients’ family functions,and reduce patients’ sense of disease uncertainty and self-perceived burden by integrating family functions and making full use of medical resources. |
