Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Early Acute Mastitis(Qi Stagnation And Heat Obstruction Type) With Ointment Rubbing

Purpose: By observing the clinical efficacy of Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Early Acute Mastitis(Qi stagnation and heat obstruction type)with Ointment Rubbing,the improvement of main symptoms of early stage of breast carbuncle was studied,so as to better guide clinical practice and achieve the purpose of precise treatment.Method: 62 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the early acute mastitis(Qi stagnation and heat obstruction type)were randomly divided into two groups: ointment rubbing group(observation group)and tuina group(control group),with 31 cases in each group.Before and after treatment,the scores of TCM Syndrome Scale,Major Individual Symptoms Evaluation Scale and VAS were recorded.The changes of scores before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy of ointment rubbing in the treatment of early acute mastitis(Qi stagnation and heat accumulation type)was evaluated.The results were analyzed by SPSS 20.0.Result: There were no significant differences in age,course of disease,TCM syndromes scale score in the early acute mastitis before treatment,main single symptom scale score and VAS score in the early acute mastitis between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the scores of TCM Syndrome Scale and VAS in the early acute mastitis in the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the scores of symptoms of breast excretion,breast swelling and pain,breast caking,chest tightness,hypochondria and good sigh were significantly differentbetween the two groups(P < 0.05),but the scores of symptoms such as irritability,thirst and constipation were not significantly different(P0.05);the scores of symptoms of breast caking in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of breast excretion and breast were significantly different(P<0.05),There was significant difference in the score of atrial distension and pain(P<0.01).4.The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 93.5% and 87.1%,There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Both ointment rubbing and tuina are effective methods for the treatment of early acute mastitis.2.Ointment rubbing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of early acute mastitis patients,mainly for the better promotion of breast excretion,relieve breast pain,reduce breast caking.
