| Objective:In this paper,through the clinical observation of Liangge Wendan Decoction in the treatment of acute tonsillitis in children(dampness and heat,stagnation and throa t),to explore its effectiveness and safety,and to provide an effective TCM treatment method for clinical patients.Methods:The 60 children who met the criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with cold diaphragm warm gallbladder decoction,and the control group was treated with amoxicillin granules(amoxicillin)orally.During the continuous treatment for 7 days,observe the changes of the child’s symptoms and signs,record the syndrome points and count relevant data at any time.Results:1.Analysis of baseline data: According to the analysis of basic data,there was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups of children,and they were comparable(P>0.05).2.Analysis of overall clinical efficacy: Sample data of the two groups after seven days of treatment were analyzed,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.55%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 74.07%.It can be seen that Lianggewendan Decoction has an obvious therapeutic effect on acute tonsillitis in children(dam-pness and heat stagnation and throat obstruction).3.Integral analysis of TCM Syndrome:(1)After 3 days of treatment,through the statistical analysis of the single score of the main disease,the single score of the secondary disease and the total score of the two groups,it is concluded that the difference between the total score of the two groups of children is statistically significant(P<0.05),which shows that both groups of drugs can improve the condition;however,in terms of the main symptom It was worse than the test group;in terms of secondary symptoms,the control group only improved fever symptoms(P<0.05),while the test group improved pharyngealgia,tonsil congestion,fever and stool(P<0.05);the test group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Therefore,after 3 days of treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group in improving the primary and secondary diseases of children.(2)After 7 days of treatment,through statistical analysis of the single score of major disease,single score of secondary disease and total score of the two groups of children,it was concluded that the difference of total score of the two groups of children was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that drugs could improve the condition of the two groups,and the test group was better than the controlgroup.4.Laboratory index analysis:Compared with the blood routine(peripheral white blood cell count,neutrophil percentage)and C-reactive protein in the two groups,it is believed that there is a statistical difference between the averages of the two groups(P<0.05).Both the test group and the ontrol group could be effectively reduced,and the test group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Lianggewendan Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of acute tonsillitis in children(humid-heat depression table,sleepy throat type),and the effect is better than that of amoxicillin granules(amoxicillin)(produced by Zhongsh an Branch of Zhuhai Federal Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)..2.Lianggewendan Decoction can effectively improve the main symptoms(pharyngeal pain,pharyngeal discharge,tonsil enlargement)and secondary diseases(fever,physical drowsiness,mental weakness,fatigue,poor stools),and the effect is better than that of amoxicillin granules(amoxicillin)(produced by Zhongshan Branch of Zhuhai Federal Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.).3.Lianggewendan Decoction has a good therapeutic effect,which can significantly relieve the symptoms of children’s discomfort,and there are no adverse reactions.It is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of acute tonsillitis(humid and hot ulcer,sleepy throat type)in children. |
