| Objective:To observe the application of elimination in treating stasise acute mastitis.Methods:The 60 patients with acute mastitis,in accordance with the random number table,were divided into test group and control group,each group with 30 people.Test group:tuina and Chinese medicine which regulating nutrient,defense,Qi and blood.Two groups of patients were observed 3 days and evaluated the Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score,the primary and secondary treatment effects.The condition of suffering from acute mastitis was asked through telephon follow-up when the illness healed one month later.Results:(1)The results were statistically analyzed(P<0.05).The result was no significant difference in two protr eated groups.(2)In two groups of patients were conducted before and after treatment group comparison:all the detials of the symptom scores after treatment in each group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Through the treatment of 3 days,there was obvious difference in symptoms scores of two groups.(3)To carry out comparison between the two grou:patients with breast pain,mass size and milk-secretion had a large benefit from the test group(P<0.05).There is no obvious statistically difference(P>0.05)in the fever,high white and neutrophil cells and skin color and temperature.(4)Two groups of patients total effectiveness respectively is100% and 76%,P<0.05,with significant difference.(5)When the two groups healed one month later,we found that the control group’s patients recrude acute mastitis more than the test group.At the same time,the methode of treat group can reduce the possibility of recrudesce.Conclusion:Through observed the clinic treatment effect of tuina and Chinese medicine regulation of nutrient,defense,Qi and blood to acute mastitis,the test group and control group can be used to treat the signs and symptoms.However,the test group was better than control group in the breast,adjusting milk excretion and improving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine. |
