Clinical Research Of Ointment Rubbing In Treating Children With Recurrent Respiratory Infections(Type Of Lung And Stomach Heat)

Objective:This project aims to observe Tongfu Jiangqi ointment as a medium for the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections of lung and stomach heat,and to provide clinical basis and reference for the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections of lung and stomach fever.Methods:From 2019.2～2019.12,68 children with recurrent respiratory infections of the type of pulmonary and stomach fever were included.According to the principle of randomized control,they were divided into two groups with34 cases in each group.The treatment group used Tongfu Jiangqi Cream as the medium.For massage,the acupuncture points are lung meridian,stomach meridian,panmen,large intestine meridian,inner gossip,Tianhe water,spleen meridian,abdomen and spine.The control group was treated with talcum powder as a medium massage,5 times / week,1 week as a course,and a total of 4 courses were compared.The symptom efficacy score scale before and after treatment was compared,and the follow-up was performed for 3 months to analyze the difference in treatment between the two groups.Results:After comparing the data of the treatment group and the control group,the results show that the treatment of both groups is effective,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 94.11%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 79.41%,the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).It can be seen that the frequency,course and type of disease of the two groups of patients after the treatment were improved.The analysis of the symptom scores after the treatment of the two groups found that the two groups had little difference in the short-term efficacy in improving symptoms,but the follow-up conclusion within 6 months after the treatment showed that the two improved sweating and sticky,bad breath,mouth sores,night sleep The difference between restlessness and pharyngeal red was statistically significant(P <0.01),the difference between dry stool,pulse and tongue coating was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the remaining symptoms were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that both the treatment group and the control group can effectively control children with recurrent respiratory tract infections of lung and stomach heat accumulation type.Obviously,it indicates that the curative effect of ointment therapy is better than that of simple massage therapy,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
