| Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Qingxin Lianzi Decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with solifenacin succinate in the treatment of frequent micturition due to heart and kidney yin deficiency,so as to provide clinical basis for the treatment of frequent micturition with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: 65 patients with heart-kidney yin deficiency type frequent micturition disease were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(33 cases)and control group(32 cases).The treatment group was given Qingxin Lianzi Decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction plus or minus combined with solifenacin succinate,while the control group was given solifenacin succinate alone for 8 weeks.The changes of urodynamic indexes,quantitative scores of TCM syndromes,symptom scores of overactive bladder(OABSS),international lower urinary tract symptom score(LUTS)and quality of life assessment(QOL)of the patients before and after treatment were observed,and all data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0.Results: In terms of the curative effect of TCM syndromes,the improvement degree of symptoms in the treatment group is significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01),in terms of frequency of urination and urgency of urination,the improvement degree of symptoms in the treatment group is better than that in the control group(P<0.05),andthere is no difference in the improvement degree of xerostomia,dyspnea,aphtha of mouth and tongue between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 56.67%,while that in the control group was 6.67%.the effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).In terms of urodynamic testing,the recovery degree of indexes of patients in the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group in terms of initial urgent bladder urine volume(P<0.01),and the recovery degree of indexes is better than that of the control group in terms of maximum urine flow rate,average urine flow rate and maximum bladder detrusor pressure(P<0.05).there is no significant difference in initial perceived bladder urine volume and residual urine volume(P>0.05).OABSS score,LUTS score and QOL score of the treatment group and the control group are significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the curative effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).In terms of the total effective rate of treatment,30 patients in the treatment group were cured clinically in 0 cases,markedly effective in 17 cases,effective in 12 cases and ineffective in 1 cases,with a total effective rate of 96.67%.Of the 30 patients in the control group,0 were clinically cured,0 were markedly effective,18 were effective and 12 were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 60.0%.the treatment group was superior to the control group before and after treatment(P<0.01).No adverse drug reactions and obvious toxic and side effects were observed during the study.Conclusion: Qingxin Lianzi Decoction combined with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on heart-kidney yin deficiency type frequent micturition disease.Combined with solifenacin succinate,it can play an obvious synergistic effect,effectively improve the urodynamic examination index of patients,significantly improve the quantitative scoreof TCM syndromes,OABSS score,LUTS score,QOL score,improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment of heart-kidney yin deficiency type frequent micturition disease patients,relieve clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of life of patients.It can be considered as a safe and effective Chinese medicine treatment disease,and can be used as a good choice for clinical treatment of frequent micturition disease. |
