Clinical Observation Of Huangqi Liuwei Dihuang Decoction Combined With Wuling Powder On Patients With Spleed And Kidney Qi Deficiency Of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective:Study the effect of Huangqi Liuwei Dihuang Decoction with wuling powder on primary nephrotic syndrome with spleen and kidney qi deficiency.Methods:1.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 30 people.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the treatment group was given“Huangqi Liuwei Dihuang decoction and wuling powder" on the basis of routine treatment.2 courses in total,that is,the total course of observation for 8 weeks.2.The urine routine(PRO),24-hour urine protein quantification,blood lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C),renal function(Scr,BUN,Ccr)and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and score of symptoms were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,and the curative effect is compared and analyzed by medical statistical method.Results:1.The curative effect of nephrotic syndrome:the total effective rate of the treatment group was compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).and the results were statistically significant.2.TCM syndrome efficacy:there was statistical significance between the treatment group and the treatment group(P<0.05).3.TCM syndrome score:before and after treatment,the two groups of patients were compared within the TCM syndrome score group and between the two groups after treatment(both P<0.01).and the results were highly statistically significant.4.Comparison of symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine:all the TCM symptoms in the treatment group were compared before and after the treatment in the treatment group(P<0.01),compared with the control group before and after the treatment of some symptoms traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.05).comparison between the two group after treatment(P<0.05),and the results were statistically significant after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05)5.24-hour urinary protein quantity(UPRO)and serum albumin(ALB):the patients in the two groups were compared before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the after treatment,comparison between the treatment group and control(P<0.01),the results were statistically significant6.Urinary protein:the patients in the two groups were compared before and after treatment(P<0.05),and between the two group after treatment(P<0.05)showed statistical significance7.Renal function:the patients of Scr,BUN,Ccr in the two groups were compared before and after treatment(P>0.05),and the two groups were compared after treatment(P>0.05),the results showed no statistical significance8.Compared of blood lipid:comparison of TC,TG and LDL-C before and after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05),and comparison between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),the results were statistically significant9.Comparison of other indicators:liver function,blood routine,stool routine and ECG between the two groups before and after treatment were no statistical difference(P>0.05)Conclusion:Huangqi Liuwei Dihuang Decoction with wuling powder can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome withspleen and kidney qi deficiency,decrease PRO and UPRO,increase serumalbumin(ALB),reduce blood lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C).It is suggested that HuangqiLiuwei Dihuang Decoction with wuling powder can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,Reduce urinary protein,so as to delay the progress of patients.
