Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Insulin Resistance In Type 2diabetes Mellitus With Kidney Deficiency By Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang Pill

Objective:To observe the clinical indexes before and after treating patients with renal yin deficiency type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with Wei Liu Wei dihuang wan,and to explore its mechanism of action,safety and effectiveness.Methods: From May 2018 to January 2019,60 patients with type 2 insulin resistance were selected for renal yin deficiency type 2 diabetes.Random divided into treatment group and control group,each 30 cases.On the basis of the basic treatment of diabetes,the treatment group was treated with Metformin and Wei Liu Wei Dihuang Pill,and the control group was treated with Metformin.The observation cycle is 8 weeks.To observe the changes of fasting blood sugar(FPG),postprandial 2H blood sugar(2h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1C),fasting insulin(Fins),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and insulin resistance index(IRI)before and after treatment.Using spss23.0 software,statistical analysis is performed based on the clinical data obtained.Metrological data are represented by X ± S,the count data is examined by T,and the rank data is tested by rank and sum.P <0.05 The difference is considered to be statistically significant.Results:1.Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang Pill can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,especially in improving limb burnout,dry throat,weak waist and knee,excessive urine frequency,thirst and liking drink,and the curative effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group.Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang Pill can significantly reduce fasting blood sugar,2-hour blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin in patients,and the treatment group is better than the control group.3.Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang Pills can significantly reduce fasting insulin,2-hour insulin and insulin resistance index.4.Reducing total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein and increasing high density lipoprotein are effective in preventing and treating diabeticcomplications.Conclusions:Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang Pills can treat kidney-yin deficiency type of T2 DM with insulin resistance,improve clinical symptoms and signs,reduce blood sugar,improve blood lipids,reduce insulin resistance level,improve insulin sensitivity index,correct the disorder of glucose metabolism,affirm the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang Pills in the treatment of kidney-yin deficiency type of T2 DM insulin resistance,which deserves further research and development.
