Clinical Study On Yiluo Huazhuo Method Combined With Orlistat In The Treatment Of Simple Obesity With Spleen Deficiency And Phlegm Dampness Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effect of tonifying qi and removing turbid pathogenic factor method combined with orlistat in the treatment of simple obesity,and to provide new treatment ideas of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with West Medicine for clinical treatment of simple obesity.Methods: A randomized,controlled study was conducted in this clinical trial.Finally,60 cases were collected,and divided into control group and treatment group.The control group: treatment group= 1:1.The treatment group:basic treatment plan and Yiqi Huazhuo Self-made Prescription.The control group:basic treatment plan.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The main clinical indicators consist of waist circumference,BMI,Islet function,blood fat.Results:(1)Evaluation of curative effect of TCM:There were statistically significant differences in TCM syndrome score and comparison between the two groups before and after intervention(P<0.01).The effective rate of the treatment group was86.7%;The effective rate of the control group was 63.3%.(2)Waist circumference:There were significant differences between the two groups before and after the intervention(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)BMI:There were significant differences between the two groups before and after the intervention(P<0.01).The decrease in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)Islet function:There were significant differences in FINS,1h INS and 2h INS between the two groups before and after intervention(P<0.01).The decrease in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).(5)Blood fat:There were significant differences in TC and TG between the two groups before and after intervention(P<0.01).The decrease in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05);The difference of LDL-C between the two groups before and after intervention was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in HDL-C between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Yiqi Huazhuo therapy combined with orlistat in the treatment of simple obesity with spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness is in accord with the thinking of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients.(2)In improving waist circumference,the effect of Yiqi Huazhuo therapy combined with orlistat is similar to that using Western medicine alone.(3)Yiqi Huazhuo therapy combined with orlistat can improve BMI,and it is better than using western medicine alone.(4)Yiqi Huazhuo therapy combined with orlistat can significantly improve islet function,and it is better than using western medicine alone.(5)Yiqi Huazhuo therapy combined with orlistat significantly reduced TC and TG,and it is better than using western medicine alone.LDL-C was decreased in both groups,but HDL-C was not increased significantly.(6)Yiqi Huazhuo therapy combined with orlistat in the treatment of simple obesity with spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness enriches the clinical experience of treating simple obesity with TCM,and provides a new way to control weight and prevent complications.
