Clinical Observation Of Tonifying Kidney, Removing Dampness And Blood Stasis Combined With Ultrasound Guided Puncture Sclerotherapy In The Treatment Of Simple Renal Cysts

Objective:Verify that tonifying kidney, removing dampness and blood stasis combined with ultrasound guided puncture sclerotherapy in the treatment of simple renal cysts is better than that of simple puncture sclerotherapy.Methods:The randomized, controlled design and intervention for the treatment of simple renal cyst (diameter>4cm), statistics for 3 months after curative effect and the recurrence rate, the comparison of the two schemes, ultrasound guided puncture aspiration sclerotherapy (control group) and Yishen and removing dampness and blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine (Eucommia ulmoides 10g, Himalayan teasel root 10g, Chinese taxillus twig 15g, Achyranthes 10g, Plantago 20g, Poria cocos 20g, corn silk 15g, 10g of Vaccaria segetalis, Fructus malvae 20g, Gleditsia thorn 10g, zedoary turmeric 10g, lOg turtle shell, Radix Paeoniae Rubra 15g) treatment of 28 days (treatment group).Results:Renal cyst puncture before:the diameter of the cyst treatment group and control group respectively (5.67±5.67) cm, (6.54±2.22) cm (P> 0.05); Renal cyst puncture, the volume of a cyst treatment group and control group respectively for ml (113.06±113.31), (117.16±82.34) ml (P> 0.05); After puncture, the volume of a cyst treatment group and control group respectively for ml (21.54±10.68), (21.92±7.51) ml (P> 0.05). After 3 months review: the treatment group the diameter of the cyst was (2.04±1.38) cm, less than the control group obviously cyst (3.68±2.27) cm in diameter (P< 0.05); Treatment group 3 months cyst volume for ml (9.77±11.89), significantly less than the volume of puncture after ml (21.54±10.68) (P< 0.05); The volume of the control group after march cyst is ml (29.10±53.92), and volume (21.92 ±7.51) after the puncture ml has no obvious difference (P> 0.05). That Chinese medicine treatment group 28 days after the intervention, the renal cyst narrowed. Improvements in symptoms, the treatment group period is about 85.71%, the control of about 81.81%. Clinical curative effect, treatment group total effective rate was 84.62%, higher than the control group total effective rate was 53.85%(P< 0.05). The recurrence rate, the treatment group was 7.69% less than 30.77% in the control group (P> 0.05). Both have no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Kidney blood with wet method combined with ultrasound guided puncture pumping liquid hardening technique group total effective rate than patients use puncture pumping liquid hardening technique; Treatment group was reduced obviously in diameter, volume after the puncture narrowed, and the control volume is no obvious change after the puncture; In terms of recurrence rates, treatment group was 7.69% lower than the control group 30.77%, P> 0.05, however, may be associated with small sample size. Above all, kidney blood with wet method combined with ultrasound guided puncture pumping liquid hardening technique is use puncture pumping liquid hardening technique has better short-term curative effect.
