[Objective]To investigate the competency level of newly recruited nurses in a third-class A hospital in Nanjing,survey the standardization status of newly recruited nurses,construct a competency-oriented standardized training program for new rotating nurses in the department of cardiology,adjust the training mechanism of nurses in the department of cardiology,and then improve the standardized training effect of nurses in the department of cardiology[Methods]1.Literature research: Through literature search,inquiry the research status of standardized training for newly recruited nurses and the competency of newly recruited nurses,and formulate a preliminary framework of the scheme according to the competency model and relevant outline documents of Chinese health sector.2.Present situation investigation: Survey a Nanjing Grade III A hospital’s new nurses’ competency level through questionnaire,statistical analysis with SPSS 22.0software,and demographic information adoption,frequency,percentage of descriptive statistics,statistical analysis of quantitative data using mean ± standard deviation,using single factor analysis of the results of each variable.All the above tests were statistically significant with P<0.05,and the results were taken as the basis for scheme construction.3.Semi-structured interview: according to the inclusion criteria,6 experts are selected to conduct semi-structured interviews according to the interview outline and then,record what they said.According to Colaizzi’s seven-step method,the text is sorted out,the theme is summarized to further improve the content of the plan and the first draft of the plan is formed.4.Delphi expert letter consultation: Two rounds of expert letter consultation were conducted on the first draft of the standardized training program for new rotating nurses in the department of cardiology based on job competency.Epidata3.1 and SPSS22.0 software were used to double-entry,proofreading and analysis of the data.Revised and improved the standardized training program for new rotating nurses in the Department of Cardiology based on post competence.[Results]Literature studies show that the standardized training of new nurses is a hot research topic in the field of nursing.The results of the current survey show that the scores of new nurses in the field of medical multidisciplinary knowledge,scientific research and innovation ability,teaching skills,foreign language communication ability and other aspects are low.Univariate analysis showed that gender and age had influence on the score.The overall alpha coefficient of the scale was 0.965,and the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.916.Four themes were extracted from the semi-structured interview,including the need to integrate multi-disciplinary knowledge into the standardized training of new recruits,the importance attached to the training of nurses in the department of cardiology,the high demand for the training of nurses in the department of cardiology,and the diversification of training methods.After two rounds of expert letter consultation,the standardized training program for new nurses rotating in the department of cardiology based on post competence includes 5 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and87third-level indicators,a total of 16 experts participated in the study.According to the analysis of the data of two rounds of expert letter consultation,the effective recovery rate of the questionnaire of two rounds of letter consultation was 100%,the rate of making suggestions was 75%,the authority coefficient of the experts was0.841,the familiarity coefficient of the experts was 0.750,the Kendall coordination coefficient of the round of letter consultation experts was 0.181 and 0.142,and the X2 test P<0.05,indicating that the results of the letter consultation were reliable[Conclusion]This study through literature research,the present situation investigation,semi-structured interview and enquiry for two rounds of Delphi experts,formed rotary new nurse of cardiology standardized training program based on the post competency.A standardized training program for new rotating nurses in the department of cardiology has been formed,including 5 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 87 third-level indicators.To provide reference for the scientific and homogenous research on the standardized training of new rotating nurses in cardiology department in China in the future.
