ObjectiveEstablish the three-level curriculum index system for the training of new nurses in nephrology, and provide theoretical basis for the effective implementation of the standard of training.MethodsUsing the convenient sampling method,in August 2019,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the 362 nurses of the nephrology department in 18 upper second-class and Grade A general hospitals of Hunan province to understand the demands for training courses, and preliminarily form the training course framework for new nurses in the nephrology department.Carrying out 2 rounds of consultation with 24 experts by Delphi method, and finally established the training curriculum system for new nurses in nephrology department.Adopt Excel2007 and SPSS18.0 software for statistical data analysis, the scientificity and reliability of the research results were tested by such indicators as expert positive coefficient, authority coefficient,co-ordination coefficient and opinion concentration degree.Results1.Results of demand survey:In the department of nephrology, nurses scored between 4.07 and 4.69 for 3 course modules 19 new nurse training contents, with 10 items ?4.5.Nursing staff with different professional title to nephrology nursing introduction, evaluation and care of common symptoms of kidney disease, basic knowledge and nursing of common kidney diseases, nephrology medicines and related knowledge, psychological nursing, health education, nursing documents, nursing emergency plan 8 items needs scores have differences, statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Expert consultation results:There are 24 consulting experts, all of whom have completed 2 rounds of consultation. The questionnaire recovery rate was 100%,11 people(45.8%)put forward opinions in the first round, and 3 people(12.5%)in the second round.Expert authority coefficients were 0.910 and 0.897,variation coefficients of t-wo rounds of expert opinions were 0.04~0.22,0.00~0.20,and Kendal-l's W were 0.219 and 0.218,P=0.000,less than 0.05.I-CVI were 0.71~1.00 and 0.92~1.00 respectively. The variation coefficient of training course objectives were 0.07~0.22,0.04~0.18,Kendall'W were 0.241,0.213,P=0.000,less than 0.05,and the I-CVI of each item were 0.63~1.00 and 0.96~1.00 respectively.3.Establishment of new nurse training curriculum system in nephrology department:3 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 89 third-level indicators. The first-level indicators are professional theory, professional skills, professional attitudes and values. There are 39 training course goals, including 24 professional theories,6 prof-essional skills, and 9 professional attitudes and values.Training methods for professional theories are mainly classroom lectures, online training,self-study,nursing rounds, scenario simulations, case nursing, group discussions;professional skills are mainly classroom lectures, operation teaching;professional attitudes and values are mainly department visits,on-site introduction,self-study,lecture in class, online training. The total number of hours is 89,including 62 hours of professional theory,17 hours of professional skills,10 hours of professional attitude and values.Conclusions1.The training course for new nurses in nephrology department based on post competency is in high demand. There are differences in the demand score of nurses with different professional title.2.The consulting experts are authoritative, representative and active, with relatively consistent coordination of opinions, good validity of item contents, and scientific and reliable research process. The contents of the curriculum system fit the post competency characteristics of new nurses in nephrology department, clear curriculum objectives, scientific and practical training methods, reasonable schedule of classes, and strong operability. It provides new ideas and guidance for the scientific and standardized implementation of the training of new nurses in the department of nephrology, and also provides a reference for the teachers to prepare lessons.
