Study On The Construction Of Training Index System Of Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Surgical Specialist Nurses Based On Post Competency

ObjectivesIn order to clarify the connotation of post competence of specialist nurses in traditional Chinese medicine surgery,to establish a scientific,reasonable and practical index system for training specialist nurses in traditional Chinese medicine surgery in Chongqing,to provide theoretical guidance for the cultivation of surgical nurses of traditional Chinese medicine in Chongqing,to establish the training system of specialist nurses of traditional Chinese medicine in Chongqing,to play a positive role in clinical work of specialist nurses of traditional Chinese medicine,and to promote the development of the subject of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods1.Through literature review and analysis,group discussion and other methods to clarify the connotation characteristics of post competency of specialist nurses in traditional Chinese medicine surgery,On the basis of this,the expert correspondence table frame of specialist nurse training index system of traditional Chinese medicine surgery in Chongqing based on post competence was established.Through the pre-experiment to further modify and supplement the correspondence list,and finally the expert correspondence list was formed.2.Delphi method was used to screen and evaluate the index system for training specialized nurses in traditional Chinese medicine surgery in Chongqing,combining with the expert opinion to revise and adjust the index ?the reliability of the correspondence result is tested by the positive coefficient of Delphi method,the degree of authority,the coordination coefficient and so on,and the index weight of all levels was calculated by order map method,and finally the training index system of special nurses in traditional Chinese medicine surgery in Chongqing was formed.Results1.The results of two rounds of expert consultation were as follows: the positive coefficient of the two rounds of expert correspondence was 100%,the authoritative coefficient was 0.838,the coordination coefficient(Kendall's W)of the second round of expert correspondence was 0.247,and P < 0.001,the significance test was statistically significant.It showed that the research results had high reliability,authority,enthusiasmand credibility.2.Through Delphi method,25 experts were selected for two rounds of correspondence.The training index system of Chongqing traditional Chinese medicine surgery specialist nurses based on post competency was constructed,including 4 first-level indexes,18 second-level indexes and 60 third-level indexes.The first-level indicators were theoretical knowledge(weight value was 0.3466),Skill practice(0.260),teaching and scientific research ability(0.150),and management coordination ability(0.1266).The secondary indexes included external treatment methods commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine surgery,health education of traditional Chinese medicine(weight value was 0.0617),nursing evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine,perioperative nursing,syndrome differentiation nursing(0.0606),traditional Chinese medicine nursing theory of common diseases in surgery(routine).Basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine(0.0595),basic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine,basic knowledge of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine,skills of emergency nursing of traditional Chinese medicine(0.0584),nursing basis of syndrome differentiation(0.0573),nursing scheme of dominant diseases in surgical specialty(0.0550).quality and safety management ability(0.0539),nursing scientific research ability(0.0528),nursing teaching ability,communication and coordination ability(0.0505),first aid summary of traditional Chinese medicine(0.0494),basis of traditional Chinese medicine(0.0426).The third grade indexes included nursing before and after surgery and prevention and nursing of common postoperative complications of surgery(weight value was 0.0190),condition observation,surgical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology,Syndrome differentiation nursing and effect evaluation of common diseases in traditional Chinese medicine surgery,nursing teaching rounds,clinical application of nurse-patient communication skills(0.0186),living nursing,emotional nursing,scraping method,acupoint massage,moxibustion method,Surgical nursing techniques,basic and specialized nursing skills training,medical cooperation ability(0.0183),thesis writing(0.0145),performance of traditional Chinese medicine(0.0141),classification of traditional Chinese medicine and common traditional Chinese medicine(0.0131),etc.ConclusionIn this study,literature review and analysis,group discussion,Delphi and other research methods were used to clarify the connotation of post competency of specialist nurses in traditional Chinese medicine surgery,and the training index system of specialist nurses of traditional Chinese medicine surgery in Chongqing was constructed,it was reliable and scientific,and provided a reference basis for the cultivation of the nursing talents in the specialty of traditional Chinese medicine surgery in Chongqing.
