| Objective: At present,job competence is used more and more widely in the field of medical and health care.With the practice and exploration of standardized training of residents,many researchers have gradually begun to pay attention to related research on the job competence of residents.The purpose of this article is to use the general model of Chinese resident doctors’ job competency to conduct a survey of Chongqing residents’ standardized training(hereinafter referred to as "Zhu Cui")students through questionnaire surveys,and to understand the job qualifications of Chongqing resident doctors during the training period.Power status quo.In order to evaluate the development of Chongqing’s residential training work,and provide theoretical support for further improving Chongqing’s residential training policy..Methods: Through searching the database,check the relevant literature on the job competence research of the live training students.Use the general model of Chinese clinician job competency to make questionnaires.Through the questionnaire star,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the residents of Chongqing City in 2018,2019,and 2020.The questionnaire mainly included the basic information of the trainees and the evaluation of their job competence.Use statistical software to analyze the survey results,mainly descriptive analysis,difference analysis,and multiple linear regression analysis to understand the competency of the trainees.Difference analysis and multiple regression analysis showed that students of different age groups,gender,and highest educational background scored differently on the total score.Results: Through cluster sampling,1,019 trainees from two representative training bases in the city were selected as the research objects,and 940 questionnaires were returned,and the questionnaire response rate was 92.2%.The survey results show that the trainees’ self-evaluation is equally divided into clinical skills and medical services(31.88 points),core values ??and professionalism(36.98 points),disease prevention and health promotion(35.15 points),interpersonal communication skills(24.06 points),and information.And management ability(42.61 points),medical knowledge and lifelong learning ability(29.98 points),teamwork ability(25.89 points),scientific research ability(47.56 points).The regression analysis results of the self-evaluation of trainees’ job competence showed that male trainees had higher self-assessment in disease prevention and health promotion,clinical skills and medical services,medical knowledge and lifelong learning ability,and interpersonal communication skills.Skills and medical service,information and management ability,scientific research ability,disease prevention and health promotion,medical knowledge and lifelong learning ability self-evaluation are higher,specialists in clinical skills and medical services,medical knowledge and lifelong learning ability,interpersonal communication ability and Self-evaluation of teamwork ability is higher,scientific research ability is low,high-grade students have higher self-evaluation of clinical skills and medical service ability,married students have higher self-evaluation of interpersonal communication ability,and self-evaluation of merged graduate students’ scientific research ability is higher.Conclusion:The overall self-assessment of the job competency of the live training students in Chongqing is good,but it needs to be improved.The self-evaluation results of the trainees from high to low are the core values and doctors’ professionalism,teamwork ability,interpersonal communication skills,disease prevention and health promotion,clinical skills and medical services,medical knowledge and lifelong learning capabilities,information and management capabilities,and scientific research ability.From the results of regression analysis,it can be seen that the main factors affecting the evaluation of the competency of the trainees are age,gender and educational background.Grade,marital status and training status also have a certain impact on a certain index.It is recommended to provide trainees with staged post competency training to achieve a spiral increase in clinical skills,promote medical knowledge services and systems,establish a knowledge base for professional disciplines,improve professionalism and humanistic quality,improve the medical humanistic evaluation system,and strengthen information and management capabilities Cultivation,pay attention to the improvement of scientific research and academic ability,use the post competency evaluation system,and improve the appraisal and evaluation system for residential training. |
