Action Research On Prompting Self-Efficacy Of Junior Nurses Using Growth Group Work Led By Satir Model

After the COVID-19 outbreak,the mental health and medical knowledge of medical staffs would greatly affect their health outcomes.In particular,the group of nurses with low seniority is still in the process of social role transformation,their self-efficacy needs to be further improved.It is important to learn how to enhance the personal empowerment of young nurses through the intervention of social work practices,which may expand social work and have the effect of promoting social peace.This research is lead by Satir Model theory,using Action Research,based on the self-efficacy improvement service project of the junior nurses in Shandong X Province,and group social work as the main method.12 nurses from different departments are the subjects and will provide intervention services within two months.Researchers use questionnaires and scales,participatory observations and semi-structured interviews to collect statistics and analyze the corresponding data,aiming to study how Satir Model working group affects the effectiveness of these nurses.This study found that social work led by Satir Model can effectively improve the efficiency of junior nurses under group intervention.The t-test of the GSES trial showed that the growth rate of the post-test was significantly higher than the growth rate of the preliminary trial,which confirmed the effectiveness of group intervention in improving the self-efficacy of the research subjects.The analysis of the satisfaction survey questionnaire,the impact assessment questionnaire survey results and the subjective feedback of interviews shows that under the intervention of group cooperation,the self-efficacy of the research subjects has been improved in different dimensions and levels.At the same time,explained the mechanism of Satir Model on how to improve the nurses’ self-efficacy of.First,it improves their acceptance and self-awareness,and stimulates their inner self-efficacy.Secondly,the original function and internal processing are interrupted to establish a consistent communication mode.Third,reduce their feelings of helplessness and encourage them to become better choices in life.This action study also explored the feasibility of using Satir Model to change the value and methods of serving social work,in order to encourage social workers to become the most powerful tool for active intervention and grow with their services.Finally,discuss the development of Satir Model and the integration of social work services,and create new service products in the future.
