Practical Exploration Of Group Work Intervention In The Rehabilitation Of Long-Term Hospitalized Patients With Mental Disorders From The Perspective Of Advantages

According to statistics,the number of people suffering from mental disorders in our country is increasing year by year,however,the services for patients with mental disorders in our country have not fully increased.At present,mental hospitals in China pay more attention to the pathologic problems in the treatment of patients with mental disorders,mainly studying how to meet the physiological needs of patients and reduce the side effects of drugs,but lack of effective methods for their social psychology and long-term rehabilitation.This article through to Y hospital group work in the practice of the mental disorders,mainly using the method of semi-structured interviews and participatory observation,discover how growth group work intervention with mental disorders,discuss its applicability and the effect of intervention,to explore the growth team work to the advantage of hospitalized patients with mental disorders for a long time,Finally,the experience of social work intervention for patients with mental disorders suitable for China’s national conditions is formed,which provides reference for group work intervention for patients with mental disorders in the future.This paper is summarized from five aspects.The first part is the introduction of this paper,mainly from the research background,literature review,research significance,research design and theoretical basis of five points.The second part is the investigation of the specific situation of the object of this study,including the basic situation of the hospital and the basic situation of long-term hospitalized patients with mental disorders.The third part mainly describes the interventional process of the growing group work in the long-term hospitalization of patients with mental disorders,including the group intervention method,group intervention process,etc.The fourth part is the effectiveness evaluation of the intervention of the growth group,which is evaluated from five aspects:goal achievement,participant participation/performance,social worker self-evaluation,supervision opinions,social worker reflection and suggestions.The fifth part is the conclusion part of this article,the author through to the Y hospital group work intervention situation and "dance"dance team practice analysis,draw the conclusion:growth group work intervention applicable to meet long-term hospitalized patients with mental disorders increase personal body quality,improve the personal ability,promote the exchange of peer support needs;The intervention of the growth group can produce the following effects:(1)the improvement of physical quality;(2)Enhanced sense of self-identity and decreased stigma;(3)More communication with peers and more speeches in activities;(4)Improve the ability of patients and reduce the pressure of medical care.At the same time in view of the interventional process summarized the growth of group work interventional skills of long-term psychiatric disorders in hospital patients:(1)fully consider the characteristics of long-term hospitalized patients;(2)Grasp the degree of confidentiality principle to ensure the safety of patients and staff;(3)Pay attention to the emotional changes of group members and intervene in time;(4)Strictly control the unsafe factors,avoid the occurrence of dangerous goods,and finally obtain the group work intervention mode for long-term hospitalized patients with mental disorders,providing practical experience for group work intervention for long-term hospitalized patients with mental disorders.
