Research On The Adoption Behavior And Influencing Factors Of Black Soil Protection Technology In Jilin Province Based On The Influence Of Farmers

Protecting the black soil is an important part of the big plan of developing our society sustainably.For the past few years,even though Jilin Province has enhanced the protection effort of protecting the black soil,it had not optimistic responds to the existing situation of black soil preservation.There are still many problems we need to tackle with,for example,soil erosion,decline in the quality of soil,deteriorating ecological environment and so on.These issues produce a negative effect on the efficiency of agricultural production and the income level of farmers,in addition,they affect seriously the benefits bring by the ecology and society to farmers,and hinders the pace of rural revitalization in Jilin Province.As the main users of the great amount of the black soil in Jilin Province,farmers should undertake the significant responsibility of protecting the black soil.Farmers are the users of most of the black soil in Jilin Province and bear the important responsibility of black land protection.Therefore,the adoption of protective farming techniques by black land farmers in Jilin Province has also become one of the important contents of academic research.The willingness for the reservation of black soil depends upon if farmers have environmental awareness.At the same time,it also affects farmers’ protective farming techniques and associated influence factors.Conclusively,in the perspective of farmers’ response,this paper aims to study the acceptance of conservational farming techniques and influence elements in Jilin Province.Based on the response of farmers,the main purpose of this article is to study four conservational farming behaviors,discovering and summarizing the prime elements that affect the willingness and implementation of conservational farming techniques,therefore,it can used as a reference basis for popularizing conservational farming techniques and improving the efficiency and level of black soli protection.To achieve the maximum effectiveness of this research.In the basis of the theory of planned behavior,this paper will take the data of 259 farmers in the black soil area in Jilin Province,analysis the willingness and implementation of conservational farming techniques in terms of quantitative analysis method and Probit model.It summarizes a set of protection farming technology promotion policies and models that are in line with the current status of black land protection in Jilin Province,and increase the strength and effectiveness of black land protection.The study of farming technology and adoption behavior of black soil protection technology in Jilin Province,farmers’ own knowledge structure,family labor conditions,land economy awareness,Government policy land ecology awareness and so on are the main reasons that affect farmers’ perception towards the significance of black soil protection.Farmers do not have a comprehensive understanding of the four technologies including straw return,cropping system,utilization of fertilizer,pesticide and manure,yet.Policies that with strong government propaganda,quick results,and high subsidies are more likely to be adopted in this particular context.Therefore,the government has increased the promotion of conservation farming technologies,strengthened technical training for farmers,and formulated corresponding subsidy policies is good for spreading related technologies.Currently,farmers have not built a sense of sustainable development awareness yet,the awareness of protecting black soil resources is weak.They only focus on short-term benefits,which to a certain extent affects the enthusiasm of black soil protection farming technology.In the end,this paper will suggest a few relevant policy advices.In order to make sure the task of black soil conservation carry out smoothly,the government should offer financial support,training,and improve service to improve farmers’ willingness and behavior in adopting protective farming techniques,and to break farmers’ unwillingness,reluctance,and non-action Will be shortcomings.From the perspective of the protection of farmers’ interests,increase farmers’ willingness to implement protective farming,promote resource sharing and information sharing,and encourage people to establish a characteristic local agricultural brand of the black soil area in Jilin Province,and to use green development to pry the fulcrum of black soil protection in Jilin Province for the national food Safely erect a protective barrier.
