The protection of black land is related to the sustainable development of mankind. In recent years, due to the intensive development and utilization, the extensive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and the traditional agricultural production mode, the farmland in the black soil area has caused serious soil and water pressure, and the farmland has been in a state of overload for a long time.Combined with water erosion, wind erosion, soil hardening, salinization and other factors, resulting in a large loss of N,P,K elements in the soil, making the soil appear "thin","thin","hard","yellow" and other phenomena, resulting in soil fertility reduction, soil organic matter content reduction, ecosystem function decline and other serious problems. The central and local governments attach great importance to and strengthen the protection of black land, but the situation of black land protection is still grim.Conservation tillage technology is an important carrier of black land protection and one of the most potential technologies in agricultural technology. With the continuous advancement of the rural revitalization strategy, the emergence of new business entities, and the differentiation of peasant household size is common in rural areas, are the factors affecting the adoption of conservation tillage technology by farmers of different business scales the same? This is a question worth exploring. In view of this question, this paper studies from the following aspects.Based on the typical black soil area of Sanjiang Plain, this paper investigates the protection of black land and related conditions, and sorts out the utilization status and existing problems of black land in Sanjiang Plain according to the actual situation.According to the existing research, the effects of conservation tillage technology on black land were sorted out.According to the survey data, the adoption of conservation tillage technology by farmers of different operation scales was analyzed. Then, the paper attempts to analyze the factors influencing the adoption of conservation tillage technology by farmers with different operation scales through the regression model of binary logistics and multiple orderly logistics, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions for promoting the development of conservation tillage technology and farmers’ appropriate scale management. Finally, the main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Among the total sample farmers,"number of people with labor ability","amount of subsidy for black land protection behavior" and "whether contracted land is signed" have positive and significant relationships in the model of whether farmers adopt conservation tillage technology; In general, there is an "inverted U" relationship between the scale of operation and the adoption behavior of farmers’ conservation tillage technology. The larger the scale of operation, the higher the adoption behavior of conservation tillage technology. When the scale of operation reaches a certain limit, the adoption behavior of farmers’ conservation tillage technology gradually declines. The operation scale of farmers, the total cost of agricultural input, whether the contracted land is issued a land certificate, whether the contracted land is signed a contract, the amount of subsidies for black land protection, and the quality of cultivated land have a significant impact on the adoption of conservation tillage technology.(2)There are differences in the adoption behavior of conservation tillage technology among farmers with different operation scales. When farmers adopt the technology of deep ploughing, crop rotation, soil testing and formula fertilization, the proportion of farmers with operation scale between 0 and 300 will increase with the continuous expansion of operation scale. When the operation scale is 300-400 and 400 and above, the proportion of farmers adopting this technology will increase. The proportion of adopting this technology is gradually decreasing. The proportion of farmers adopting 0 items and 3-4 items of conservation tillage technology increased continuously when the operation scale was 0-400.When the operation scale was more than 400 mu,0,3-4 items of conservation tillage technology gradually decreased. Finally, according to the above conclusions, corresponding policy suggestions are put forward to improve the adoption of conservation tillage technology by farmers of different operation scales according to local conditions, combining regional characteristics and farmers’ characteristics, increasing government policy guidance, such as reasonable technical training and more appropriate forms of subsidies,to enhance farmers’ scientific cognition of soil and fertilizer.Encourage farmers to transfer land and carry out appropriate scale management.
