| With the development of agricultural economy in Jilin Province, people gradually understand the key role of black land in arable land and the close relationship between black land protection and land cultivation technology. Therefore, they begin to study and popularize the black land conservation tillage technology that can realize the common benefits of ecology, economy and society. In order to promote the green development of agriculture in China, the No.1 document of the central government mentioned conservation tillage for many times. In 2021,it again proposed to "implement the national black land protection project and promote conservation tillage mode".Compared with the traditional farming mode, conservation tillage mode requires the use of specialized machinery and tools,so as to reduce the destructive tillage on black land and ensure the sustainable development of agriculture and sustainable use of black land to the greatest extent. And conservation tillage research development so far, despite the government’s vigorously support and the development of scientific research departments, but the popularization of protective cultivation promotion effect is still with the expected far, farmers as the main soil in agricultural production and protection of the main body, the soil conservation tillage technology adoption behavior is very important to speed up the promotion of conservation tillage. As urban and rural mutual fusion and mutual development and mutual promotion of farmers differentiation is common in rural areas, and farmers differentiation is reflected in the diversity of the rural family economic income source, also in different types of concurrent-business farmers on agricultural production and operation activities in the difference, also reflected in the different soil in concurrent-business farmers to adopt the difference of conservation tillage. Then how does farmer differentiation affect farmers’ adoption behavior of conservation tillage technology on black land? What are the main influencing factors? Are the factors influencing the adoption of conservation tillage by different types of farmers the same? These are questions worth exploring. In view of the above questions, this paper carries on the research from the following aspects.Firstly, according to the actual situation, the utilization status and existing problems of black land in Jilin Province were sorted out.According to the existing research, the historical process of conservation tillage development and evolution was sorted out.According to the investigation, the development bottleneck of conservation tillage in Jilin Province was analyzed.Secondly, according to the survey data, the cognition and adoption of black land conservation tillage by farmers were analyzed.Thirdly,Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of farmers’ adoption behavior of conservation tillage technology on black land.To explore the difference of factors influencing the adoption behavior of conservation tillage technology in black land of different farmer groups. Finally, put forward countermeasures and suggestions. The main research conclusions are as follows:First, the development of black land conservation tillage in jilin province is in a critical period.Although the generalization of the conservation tillage technology demonstration work in orderly, relevant scientific research departments and scientific research institutions to promote the development of soil conservation tillage technology also did a lot of research, obtained the good result, but conservation tillage technology promotion of jilin province is still in Gong Jian Qi,although the core of conservation tillage technology in jilin province in many cities and counties in the promotion, but the promotion effect and expected gap, while the promoting effect of different types of farmers, there are also differences, faced with many practical problems, promote the development of jilin province land and the development of conservation tillage promotion is still a long way to go.Second, through the analysis of the field survey data of 360 farmers in 6 cities and counties in Jilin Province.(1)The age of peasant households is mainly over 40 years old;(2)The educational level of peasant households is mainly at or below junior middle school;(3)Risk-averse farmers account for more than half of the sample farmers;(4)Farmers’ awareness of ecological environment protection needs to be improved;(5)The number of adopters of conservation tillage in the whole sample was larger, but the number of adopters of conservation tillage in Category II concurrent farming households was relatively small.(6)The proportion of farmers adopting the four core technologies of conservation tillage is very low, while the proportion of farmers adopting the two core technologies is high for all three types of farmers.Thirdly, the empirical analysis results of 360 valid survey data by Logistic model can be seen.(1)The influencing factors of the adoption behavior of black land conservation tillage among households with different differentiation types were also different;(2)The technology adoption degree of pure farmers is generally higher than that of concurrent farmers;(3)For the full sample of farmers.Among the selected 15 indexes, age, education level, risk preference, cultivated land area, technical subsidies, technical training, publicity and promotion, black land protection and the recognition of increasing production and income are the most significant influencing factors.(4)Pure farmers and class I concurrent farmers.Among the 14 indicators selected, age, education level, risk preference, cultivated land area, technical subsidies, technical training, publicity and promotion, black land protection and the recognition of increasing production and income are the most significant influencing factors.(5)For Class II concurrent farming households.Among the 14 indicators selected, age, education level, risk preference, cultivated land area, and the perception of black land protection and yield increase are the most significant influencing factors. In conclusion, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the research conclusions.(1)Strengthen publicity and education to improve farmers’ cognition.(2)Improve the promotion system and improve technology supply.(3)Improve laws and policies and the compensation mechanism. |
