Study On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers’ Adoption Of Conservation Tillage Technology In Black Soil Region Of Jilin Province

Jilin Province is an important commodity grain base in China,and it is of great significance to protect and utilize black land resources to ensure food security and agricultural sustainable development in China.Farmers are the main users and protectors of land.Whether the black land can be effectively protected depends largely on the behavior of farmers.This paper takes farmers in the black soil area as the research object,and uses 442 survey data of farmers in 7 municipal areas in the black soil area of Jilin Province to build a Logistic-ISM model.Firstly,the influencing factors of farmers’ adoption of conservation tillage technology are determined,and then the correlation and hierarchical structure of each influencing factor are analyzed.Then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the protection and utilization of black soil cultivated land.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,the factors affecting the significant analysis showed that the peasant households age,level of education,whether know the government in promoting conservation tillage,whether to accept a conservation tillage technology services,whether know the government subsidies on conservation tillage,labor population,planting area,cultivated land is scattered,the eight variables are significant effect factors,including age,level of education,Whether they know that the government promotes conservation tillage,whether they have received technical services for conservation tillage,whether they know that the government subsidies for conservation tillage have a significant positive effect,and whether the labor force,planting area,and farmland dispersion have a significant negative effect.Second,factors affecting mechanism study showed that the farmers adoption of conservation tillage technology,eight significant influence factors of peasant household age,whether know the government subsidies on conservation tillage,labor population is the deep cause factors,they affect the level of education,whether know the government in promoting conservation tillage,planting area of the three middle level factors,Whether the farmers have received the technical service of conservation tillage and whether the cultivated land is scattered are the surface direct factors.Based on the analysis of the significance of the influencing factors and the study of the mechanism of the influencing factors,this paper proposed the following policy implications:（1）to improve the promotion system of conservation tillage technology;（2）to improve the implementation of land transfer and subsidy policies;（3）to strengthen the construction of public services;and（4）to strengthen the publicity of black land protection.
