| Forests are an important basis for human access to food and raw materials,and are fundamental to sustainable human development.With the development of economy,ecological problems become more and more prominent,and the ecological value of forest resources is paid more and more attention.For forest ecological protection,forest ecological compensation is the most important and effective means.At present,there are many practical problems in the implementation of forest ecological compensation.In this paper,the Xingshan County forest ecological compensation work as the research object,through the collection of policy documents,the unit’s Business Data Collection,Statistical Yearbook Data Collection,literature and other information,on the basis of extensive research on domestic and international ecological compensation and domestic literature on forest ecological compensation,based on the forest ecosystem value accounting system,the compensation of cultivated land in the county and the forest ecological compensation in Xingshan County,the forest ecological compensation in Xingshan County was analyzed.Based on the analysis of economic geography,forest land planning,forest ecological compensation process and current situation in Xingshan County,this paper points out that during the process of forest ecological compensation in Xingshan County,there are problems in terms of size,funding and management.Finally,the theory of ecosystem service value and regionalization are applied to solve the existing problems,the countermeasures of optimizing the forest ecological compensation work in Xingshan County were put forward from three aspects: increasing the total amount of forest ecological compensation funds,adjusting the compensation scope reasonably and giving full play to the coordinating role of the government. |
