In this paper,Ficus carioca Linn are used as raw materials to study the effects of different drying methods on Ficus carioca Linn quality and active ingredients,to optimize the powder drying process, formula and granulation process of Ficus carioca Linn chewable tablets, and to explore the changes of some active substances during storage of Ficus carioca Linn chewable tablets.Below are key research findings:(1)The results of measuring the quality and active ingredients of Ficus carioca Linn by different drying methods show that microwave drying has high drying efficiency and short drying time, about 5 min,but has a great influence on the flavor and color of Ficus carioca Linn: freeze drying has the lowest drying efficiency The drying time is longer, about 52 h,but the flavor is best preserved and the color changes;when the water content drops to about 10%,the drying time of freeze-drying has little effect on the active substance content of Ficus carioca Linn;instead, hot air drying and vacuum are used. The content of active ingredients during drying and microwave drying varies with changes in temperature and power.According to the results of comprehensive evaluation and analysis of principal components, the best drying conditions for Ficus carioca Linn are freeze drying at a temperature of-60?and a vacuum of 1 Pa for 52 h.(2)Through the optimization of the Ficus carioca Linn chewing recipe process, the best formula of Ficus carioca Linn chewable tablets is determined as follows: the total mass of dried Ficus carioca Linn powder is 100%,the amount of maltodextrin is 25%,the amount of soluble starch is 15%,and the amount of citric acid is 2%,the amount of magnesium stearate added is 1.5%.The optimal granulation process conditions for Ficus carioca Linn chewable tablets are: 0.08 MPa,60 min at 60 ?.(3)The results of the quality changes during the storage of the chewable tablets are as follows: the total phenol and proanthocyanidin loss is small in the storage environment of37 ? and RH 70%,the total flavonoids loss is large during the storage process, and there is no difference in the content of total sugar and reducing sugar. The half-inhibition concentrations of chewable tablets ABTS and DPPH were 6.27 mg DW/m L and 8.46 mg DW/m L,respectively, and the pancreatic lipase inhibition rate was 76.24%,indicating that the chewable tablets have a certain degree of antioxidant and hypolipidemic ability. The chewable tablets show good hardness, brittleness and chewability through process optimization. In addition, their microbiological indicators comply with national food safety standards.
