Research On The Interactive Relationship Between Urbanization And Industrial Structure Evolution In Jilin

From the general law of the world urbanization,the process of urbanization in different stages of development corresponds to different economic activities.Generally speaking,industrial structure will cause the change of industrial structure,the transformation of industrial structure to further promote the transformation of employment structure,and thus improve the urbanization rate.In the process of industrial structure adjustment,the optimization effect of urbanization on the first industry,the promotion of the second industry and the driving role of the third industry is obvious;the rational adjustment of industrial structure also needs to be based on the city as the basis,and play an active role in promoting the development of the town.In recent years,Jilin Province,with the new urbanization connotation as the guide,thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development,the spirit of"people-oriented" as the core,and actively promote the province's industrial structure strategic adjustment and development mode change,and strive to achieve sustainable economic development.But with the country "s overall level especially in eastern developed areas,development of urbanization and industrial structure optimization adjustment for Jilin province such a mountainous and wooded,the desert area,the hinterland of the town far,traditional agriculture and heavy industry as the leading provinces,no doubt the need for more efforts.At this stage,the coordination of the level of urbanization and industrial structure in Jilin Province,whether interactive development;the development of urbanization can find the correct power;through the industrial structure optimization adjustment can promote urbanization,these are related to the Jilin Province in the new urbanization route can seize the opportunity to seize the initiative,so as to achieve industrial optimization and upgrading,improve the quality of urbanization,further accelerate the process of urbanization.These problems are also the focus of this paper.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature and theoretical knowledge,this paper uses qualitative and quantitative methods to sort and analyze the development of urbanization and industrial structure in Jilin province.The industrial structure is divided into two aspects: output value structure and employment structure.Compared with the level of Liaoning Province,Heilongjiang province andthe national condition can determine the relative position of the development of urbanization and industrial structure.Secondly,the interactive relationship between urbanization and industrial structure evolution is analyzed by the method of statistics and econometrics.1.Jilin province urbanization rate is higher,has been higher than the national average level in recent years,the gap is gradually reduced.2.Jilin industrial structure has been changed from "2,1,3” to “2,3,1”,but at this stage for the national average level,the first industry has a long-term equilibrium relationship between the national average level,the proportion of third industries,industries,1industries for urbanization and industrial structure optimization.3.The second industry has a long-term equilibrium relationship.4.Two or three the development of the follow-up to promote poor ability;5.The linkage between urbanization and industrial structure adjustment in Jilin province is poor,not only because of poor industrial support,but also including the industrial convergence between cities and towns,strong competition,the linkage of the reasons.If Jilin province wants to play after the advantages,we must consider the interaction between urbanization and industrialization,in particular,the industrial structure of the optimization and upgrading of the city and the good interaction between.The optimization of industrial structure not only includes the coordinated development of the one two three industry and the overall promotion.According to the principle of "the strongest,the best growth and the highest degree of relevance",the main focus is to construct the industry,high-tech industry,modern service industry,modern service industry,modern service industry,infrastructure and basic industries.Good interaction between the production and the city not only includes strengthening the adjustment of industrial structure to promote the development of urbanization,but also should include the characteristics of the integration of urban and rural industries,the formation of a reasonable industrial clusters.After careful consideration,I think the innovation of this paper is: first,this paper makes a deep research on the interaction between industrial structure optimization and urbanization.By using standard analysis method,the literature information of the interaction between urbanization,industrial structure evolution,urbanization and industrial structure evolution is analyzed.In the analysis of the interaction between the two,it is important to pay attention to the optimization of the industrial structure and the coordination between the development of urbanization.How to quantify the coordination between the two should be an important part of thestudy,this paper also makes a tentative work,to some extent,the theoretical system is supplemented and perfected.Two,some scholars believe that the late development of the third industry development,small scale,low level,need to rely on external investment to develop,but endogenous economic growth theory also shows that,relying on external capital,human capital and other factors of the role of the third industry,the development of the region should rely more on adjusting and optimizing structure to activate and enhance endogenous power,so this paper will choose the service industry structure in Jilin Province as the main research object has some new ideas.However,there are still many shortcomings in this paper: first,in the measure of the level of urbanization,this paper only considers the population urbanization,the proportion of urban population as a measure of the rate of urbanization.However,urbanization is a comprehensive concept,which has rich connotation,and is not complete.The two is that the industrial structure evolution is measured by the second industry and the third industry,and the industrial structure evolution process of Jilin province is not deep.Three,in the selection of control variables,there are two aspects of investment and urban scale.In future research,we hope to improve.
