Under the background of rapid industrialization and urbanization,China's economy and society are developing rapidly,however,the problems of development and utilization and protection of land are becoming more and more prominent.It should meet the needs of current economic development for land use development,and ensure that agricultural production land can protect the country.For food security,we must maintain the ecological balance of the land system and ensure sustainable development in the long run from the perspective of sustainable development.Only by rationally arranging the Production-Living-Ecological land in each region according to the leading function of the region,can the regional land maximize its functions and improve the ecological,production and living benefits of land.Based on a systematic review of relevant documents on land function,multi-function of land,Production-Living-Ecological land,production-living-ecological space and Production-Living-Ecological functions,this paper takes Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration as the research object,using land use status data and socio-economic statistical data.The utilization structure and spatial distribution characteristics of Production-Living-Ecological land in Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration is analyzed by spatialLorenz curve.And it evaluates the Production-Living-Ecological function of land in Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration introduced by comprehensive index method and coupling coordination degree,and draws the following conclusions:(1)In the Production-Living-Ecological land of Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration,the production and ecological dominant land are close to the absolute average line,with Gini coefficients of 0.1880 and 0.1227 respectively,which belong to the absolute average distribution state.Compared with the production and ecological land,the life dominant land is far from the absolute average line,with Gini coefficient of 0.2949,which is relatively average distribution in Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration.(2)The land production function benefit value and living function benefit value of Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration generally show a decreasing trend from north to south;There is a positive correlation between production function benefit and living function benefit,and a negative correlation between production function benefit and ecological function benefit.(3)Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan Urban Agglomeration has achieved remarkable results in saving resources and building an environment-friendly society,the coupling degree and the coupling coordination degree of the Production-Living-Ecological living functions of the land in the counties(cities,districts)are in the middle and upper levels.Most counties(cities,districts)have coupling coordinationevaluation values higher than 0.5,and the coordination of the Production-Living-Ecological functions of land is relatively high.(4)When optimizing the layout and improving the land function of counties(cities,districts),we should not only continue to give play to the original superior land function of the region,but also appropriately improve other inferior land functions to promote the balanced and coordinated development of the Production-living-ecological functions of the region.Based on the perspective of Production-Living-Ecological,this paper evaluates the function of land and gives some optimization suggestions,which enriches the perspective of multi-function research of land.However,in the functional evaluation,this paper only studies the relationship between the Production-Living-Ecological functions of the land,and the research on the interaction mechanism among the three is lacking,which needs to be further deepened in the future research.
