On the one hand,the rapid progress of urbanization requires the expansion of cities and towns to provide a large number of construction land space as a support,which will inevitably lead to the occupation of construction land space for agricultural land and ecological land space,on the other hand,in order to ensure ecological security and food security,the state needs to guarantee a certain amount and quality of ecological land and agricultural production land,which makes the contradiction between land use and construction of ecological production space more prominent.When a certain area of land use in the economic development of the ecological protection of food security cannot coordinate development,easy to cause the proportion of land use structure imbalance,the corresponding land use type change,leading to regional landscape pattern change,land use main body and stakeholders to land resources as the core element of competition and the space between the game resulted in land use conflict.In order to realize the coordinated development of regional ecological-production-living space to alleviate the pressure of land resources and the contradiction between human and land and build a harmonious human-land relationship of ecological production and life,and to formulate scientific land use planning schemes for local governments,this paper analyzes the change of land use pattern of ecological-production-living space in jiangjin district by combining the theories and means of geography,landscape ecology and other related researches,the spatial distribution characteristics and landscape types of land use under different topographic factors are revealed and land use conflict is evaluated,This paper identify the conflict level of land use and put forward corresponding control and optimization strategies.This paper selects jiangjin district of hilly and mountainous area of chongqing as the research object,analyzes the characteristics of land use pattern change in ternary space based on the research methods such as the lorentz curve,gini coefficient,topographic position index and landscape index,constructs land use conflict index combined with the theory of landscape ecological security and spatial autocorrelation analysis method,analyzes the impact of land use pattern change on land use conflict in the study area,the process index was used to summarize the factors affecting land use conflict and put forward the strategies of regulation and optimization.The main research conclusion are:(1)There are obvious differences in the quantity structure of the land use of the ecologicalproduction-living space in the study area,and the spatial distribution has significant terrain gradient distribution characteristic.In terms of specific structure and quantity,agricultural production land is close to the absolute average,followed by ecological land,while living land is far away from the absolute average.The gini coefficient of agricultural production land and ecological land was small and did not change much,increased by 0.05 and 0.01 respectively,while the gini coefficient of living land was large and increased by 0.17.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the ecological-production-living space land use types have significant topographic gradient characteristics in the regional distribution,the proportion of agricultural production land is the largest in all classified areas,mainly concentrated in areas with low elevation and slope less than 15,and the distribution decreases with the improvement of topographic level,the distribution of living land decreases with the increase of elevation and slope,and it is mainly distributed in low terrain area,ecological land is widely distributed in areas with high altitude,high slope and high topography.The results of landscape pattern analysis at different elevations and slopes in the study area indicate that landscape pattern of land use tends to be more fragmented,the shape of patch tends to be complex,the connectivity decreases,and the dispersion degree increases,but the landscape type increases.(2)Land use conflict is the direct driving factor that leads to the mutual influence and transformation of the land use structure of the three living Spaces in the study area.The level of land use conflict in 2009-2016 has been increasing year by year.The area of stable controllable and general conflict has been reduced by 170.29km2.The land for agricultural production and land for living has been transferred to the area of ecological land.The area of medium conflict has become the expansion of agricultural production land and living land.In important areas,the area of severely conflicted areas has increased particularly in recent years.Affected by the rapid urbanization process,the population continues to shift from rural to urban areas.Occupation of agricultural production land has become the main way for cities to absorb the employment and life of rural population.The total area of agricultural production land conflict has decreased by 68.62km2.Urban population expansion and transfer have resulted in urban housing area.The urban and rural construction land and traffic water use area has been increasing,and the total area of conflicts in living land has increased by 50.13km2.Jiangjin District has made great efforts in ecological environmental protection.However,in recent years,it has vigorously developed the scenic tourism of Simian Mountain,and the layout of transportation facilities for ecological land.A certain degree of landscape cutting has occurred,and the ecological land conflict has increased,and the total area of conflict has increased by 18.49km2.(3)The land use conflicts in the study area are generally in a controllable state,but the conflict levels are obviously different in quantitative structure and spatial characteristics.Judging from the spatial change of conflict level,the level of conflict is within the controllable range.The stable controllable and general conflicts account for more than 64% of the total conflict level.The number of conflict levels shows stable and controllable>general conflict>moderate conflict>severe conflict Regular,moderate and severe conflicts showed an increasing trend,from 31.58% in 2009 to 36.35% in 2016.Moderate conflicts and severe conflicts showed the spatial distribution of “two rivers and three districts”.The results of the overall Moran'I index test for land use conflicts are highly significant,and the level of land use conflicts tends to be spatially aggregated.The overall spatial pattern of the “cold hot spot” area of land use conflict level is relatively stable and locally changed.The land use conflict in the study area has a significant spatial distribution vertical zone.The low-altitude conflicts are concentrated on the moderate conflict and the severe conflict level.The middle-altitude conflicts are mainly general conflicts and moderate conflicts.The high-altitude conflicts are concentrated stable grade.(4)The factors of natural geography and social and economic development are the main reasons leading to the land use conflict in the study area.The land use functional area division of the study area is mainly led by the landform,which is conducive to coordination or mitigation of the ecological-production-living space land use conflict.The land use in Jiangjin District is obviously affected by topographical factors,especially the elevation.The continuous advancement of urbanization is an important cause of the intensification of land use conflicts.The local government's policies and policies also have a significant impact on land use conflicts.In order to realize the coordinated development of ecological-production-living space land use and alleviate land use conflicts,the land use conflicts are divided into three levels of land use conflicts and eight second-level land use conflict areas,this paper propose corresponding control strategies for each conflict zone and propose optimization strategies.
