| At present,with the rapid development of China's social economy,the competition between regions is becoming more and more intense,and the demand for land and resources is growing.Along with the rapid development of various regions,there are many problems that we can not ignore,such as the disorder of land and space development,the imbalance of development of various functional spaces and the deterioration of ecological environment,which are increasingly obvious and serious,which are not conducive to the sustainable development of the region,nor in line with the new development concept put forward by our country.Therefore,how to realize the balanced development of land and space and how to optimize the pattern of land and space are important issues related to the long-term sustainable development of the regionThe functional division of land and space based on the strategy of main functional area is still in the exploration stage,and the perspective based on the "three health functions" is a relatively new perspective Based on the review of domestic and foreign research and practice,this study combines the actual situation of ChangZhuTan urban agglomeration with the reference of relevant research and practice at home and abroad,and based on the "three health functions",the land and space of ChangZhuTan urban agglomeration are analyzed This study has certain supplement and theoretical significance for improving the theory,method and spatial governance of China's land spatial pattern optimization.Located in the Middle East of Hunan Province,ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration is an important part of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,including Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan,which is the core growth pole of economic development in Hunan Province.In recent years,the government of Hunan Province is gradually speeding up the integration process of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan,and the land space development and utilization degree of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration is increasing,so it is of great practical significance to choose ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration as the research area.In the research content,first of all,through the interpretation of the relevant concepts of the three life function system,the interaction between the three life function system is explained,laying a theoretical foundation.Secondly,the evolution characteristics and dynamic mechanism of land spatial structure of ChangZhutan Urban agglomeration are studied.This paper analyzes the evolution law of the land spatial structure of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration,starting with the quantitative structure of the land space from the perspective of the three generative functions,using ArcGIS 10.2 software to analyze the quantitative change,transformation characteristics and the law of the center of gravity transfer of the land space,and using the Markov-FLUS composite model to predict the land spatial structure of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration in 2025,and combining the qualitative and quantitative aspects This paper analyzes the evolution dynamic mechanism of land spatial structure of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration.In addition,the characteristics of land spatial distribution of ChangZhutan Urban agglomeration are studied.From the perspective of three functions,ArcGIS is used to identify the characteristics and distribution rules of three functions spatial pattern of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration,and geoda software is used to explore the spatial heterogeneity,global spatial correlation and local spatial correlation of three functions.Finally,the optimization of land spatial pattern of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration is studied.This paper introduces the theory of comparative advantage to calculate the index of comparative advantage of land spatial function of each district and county in ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration.Based on this,it uses spatial clustering analysis,comparative analysis and other methods to combine the relevant spatial characteristics of the urban agglomeration,gradually adjust the units of the functional area,and finally determine the overall plan of land spatial optimization and zoning of ChangZhutan UrbanAgglomeration and put forward policy suggestions.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)From the perspective of land spatial evolution structure,this paper obtains the following main conclusions:? During the 20 years from 1995 to 2015,a large number of cultivated land and forest land have been transferred out,and the protection situation is not optimistic;while other production land and urban living land have increased significantly,which shows that the industrialization and urbanization of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration have developed rapidly in the past 20 years,and the change of land spatial dynamics can also reflect this situation.According to the characteristics of land spatial transfer of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration in the 20 years from 1995 to 2015,its internal evolution is mainly that agricultural production land and forest land ecological land are largely transformed into other production land and living land.This shows that the rapid development of economy and society,the acceleration of urbanization and the large increase of population are the main driving forces for the change of land space of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration,which can also be confirmed by the binary logistic regression analysis of driving factors.? Markov-FLUS model has a high accuracy in the simulation and prediction of land space of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration,which shows that the model and method are accurate and practical.Through the simulation of the land space structure of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration in 2025,it is found that with the continuous development of the integration process of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration,if not protected,there will be a large number of cultivated land and Loss of forest land.(2)Based on the evaluation of the three functions of land and space of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration and the spatial autocorrelation analysis,the following conclusions are obtained:?The production function of the ChangZhutan Urban agglomeration is characterized by the distribution characteristics of high in the north and low in the South as a whole;the living function of the ChangZhutan Urban agglomeration is characterized by the central city of the three cities of Changsha,Zhuzhou,Xiangtan as the core,and its function value gradually decreases outward;the ecological function of the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan city group is characterized by the central city of the three cities of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan as the center,and its function value gradually increases outward It shows a spatial pattern of high in the South and low in the north.? Changsha County and Wangcheng district are the high and high agglomeration type areas(H-H),Xiangtan County and Liling City are the high and low agglomeration type areas(H-L),and Chaling county is the low and low agglomeration type areas(L-L).The high-high agglomeration type areas(H-H)of life function of ChangZhutan Urban agglomeration are concentrated in the core area of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration.The low-high agglomeration type areas(L-H)are Wangcheng District,Yuetang district and Shifeng District,and the low-low agglomeration type areas(L-L)are Chaling County,Yanling County and Xiangxiang City.The high and high concentration area(H-H)of ecological function of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan city group is the low and low concentration area(L-L)of Chaling County in the south of the city group,including Changsha City,Zhuzhou City and Xiangtan city The high and low concentration area(H-L)is the expected urban area.(3)Based on the evaluation results,comparative advantage index and hierarchical cluster analysis results of "three functions" of land and space of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration,Based on the characteristics,regional advantages and development planning of each dominant functional area,the land space of ChangZhutan Urban Agglomeration is divided into six optimal zones,namely,agriculture ecological dominant functional area,life life ecological dominant functional area,industry life dominant functional area,comprehensive production function life dominant functional area,agriculture industry ecological dominant functional area and ecological dominant functional area The corresponding optimization measures and suggestions are put forward. |
