Research On Optimization Of R&D Management System Of HB High-tech Electronic Components

"Made in China 2025" officially proposed that this new era provides a good development opportunity for high-tech enterprises.The research and development of high-tech enterprise products is of great significance for enterprises to gain the opportunity to occupy the industry market.The research and development management for high-tech enterprises is the whole.The most important management link in R&D activities,the article mainly analyzes the R&D process of HB high-tech electronic components by means of relevant R&D management theory.High-tech enterprises should fully consider the "three highs" characteristics of high technology,high risk and high return when carrying out research and development activities,and deepen their own research and development capabilities and innovation management capabilities when optimizing R&D management.How to fully allocate existing innovative technology resources,improve the research and development efficiency of electronic components,and reduce the risk value are the focus of high-tech electronic technology companies.This paper uses research methods such as survey visits and case studies to analyze and research the R&D management of HB companies,analyze the current situation of the company's organizational structure and R&D team management,explore the outstanding problems of the company in various stages of R&D management,and refine the causes of the problems.On this basis,from the perspective of concurrent engineering management,the management model focusing on R&D technology,personnel information communication and sharing,and the risk management of matching high-risk values are proposed to propose a feasible optimization strategy for HB's electronic component R&D management.Finally,the optimization strategy seeks protection,and proposes the guarantee measures along with the optimization and promotion from the characteristics of high-tech enterprises and the research and development cycle of electronic components.It is used to guide the R&D management of HB's high-tech products and to enhance the company's high-tech product research and development capabilities.The purpose of this paper is to use the organizational structure developed by HB to optimize the center and build a fast sharing platform for information technology data to enable enterprises to turn to parallel management to improve the research and development efficiency of electronic products and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
