Since the1980s, the processes of economy and technology globalization make the science of technology developing both in scope and depth. The scientific research system has changed greatly along with it. In China, high-tech companies have become the main character of technological innovation. More and more scientific research topics and technique development tasks come from the needs of high-tech companies. Corporate science and technology communication, working as one of the important link of research, development and circulation, has changed a lot in its mode, method and content, and also changed the science and technology communication system of the whole society. High-tech companies, as the beneficiaries of technology, manufacturer of technology products and the disseminator of scientific and technological achievements, have fulfilled flow of science and technology information throughout the process of internal management, communication, production and marketing.The science and technology communication of high-tech companies is the inevitable result of change of scientific research system, the social and economic development as well as the development of enterprises themselves. The high-tech company is an important subject of the multi-participant science communication model and will play a more and more important role gradually.The science and technology communication of high-tech company spreads a multivariate values. The basic function of it is for the maintainess and development of the enterprise itself. The high-tech company by the means of media, technology exchange, science popularization activities, channels based on the products and service and tacit knowledge to spread science and technology communication. A series of corporate behavior, as the marketing, public relations, enterprise staff technical training, motivates the science and technology communication.Due to the particularity of corporate communication, we should optimize it in three ways:national perspective, the corporate itself and civil perspective. In the national prospective, should construct an information exchange platform based on ICT (Information Communication Technology), promoting a new relationship of coopetition between the high-tech company and its competitor and scientific institutions of competition to improve technological readiness of our country. The country should properly guide the science and technology communication of high-tech company to cultivate the innovation culture, servicing for the construction of an innovative country in China. At the same time, high-tech company should draw lessons from European and American of science and technology communication model, integrated science and technology communication channels, using appropriate technology communication ways more effective communication of science and technology. As citizens, on the one hand, should actively use of scientific and technological enterprise of science and technology information, improve their science-technological literacy, on the other hand should also be alert to the consumerism in the advertisements of high-tech companies.
